If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any food delivery company. I placed an order with this Domino’s location and never received it. No call, no update, no food — just radio silence. After waiting far too long, I called the store to find out what was going on.
I spoke with a manager named Jacob, who couldn’t have been less helpful. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund, only a credit for food — food I never received in the first place! Why would I ever want credit to a place that already failed to deliver a basic order?
What’s worse is that Jacob was completely dismissive and offered no explanation, no empathy, and no solution beyond, “We can’t refund you, but you can have a credit.” That’s not customer service — that’s stealing under the guise of policy.
I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth — and ironically, no actual food. Safe to say this is a store I’ll never order from again, and I’ll be telling friends, family, and anyone who asks to steer clear.
Domino’s corporate should take a hard look at how this location is being run. If this is how paying customers are treated, it’s only a matter of time before people stop coming back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered the new stuff crust pizza aswell with some other sides and couldn’t ask for better food. The pizza was perfect and the toppings were evenly distributed throughout the pizza, you can tell the lady working there takes pride in making the food and does a great job at it

The delivery driver called for me to retrieve my pizza from his car. I paid $22 for chicken wings they were rubbery like they were microwaved and had an odd taste. After calling the store and being put on hold for over 5 mins he notified me he was not authorized to make any accommodation for the inedible food. While making a comment how they can't refund food that has been eaten, but when I informed him the food is still here because it was inedible. He quickly changed what he was saying and informed me he is unable to do anything to rectify the situation.

I had a medium pizza and the Italian Bowl I had all before but it wasn't wasn't good like before has soon has I ate everything I throw it all up got food poison

Besides receiving cold pizza, the MANAGER requires some serious customer service training. Took forever to pick up my call. Had to call a second time, he was frustrated and hung up on me because I complained I was waiting on an order for over 45 min for DELIVERY (not full order time) --- please note the location is exactly 4 minutes away. Specifically referencing the exact time (according to tracker) the driver left the store to almost an hour later receiving my pizza.

Without a doubt, one of the best locations I’ve ever been to! Some locations in this area are absolute crap, to be sure.
I don’t think you’ll ever catch a bad break on “who’s working“. They ALL represent like they have a personal interest staked. I Credit both the owner and Management for assembling a true team that even displays a team environment.
If it’s not much of a difference to pass one location to come here, I would highly recommend it! They deserve the business because they clearly appreciate yours.
Judging by my experiences with this location, I could name at least three or four other Dominos in this area who really should be ashamed of themselves!

The pizza was hot and fresh, with the perfect amount of toppings. The delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly. I really appreciated the easy online ordering process as well. Highly recommend this location for delicious pizza
Be cautious with this location! They often upcharge for extras like toppings and dipping sauces. Additionally, they don't always honor certain coupon deals, particularly the one for bread bites with a 2-liter Coke. Don't just take my word for it—check your Domino's app, switch to the location 2 miles away, and you'll likely find lower prices.
