Unfortunately all the negative comments here are all accurate!!! I work nearby and this store it's on my way, so I gave it many chance already.... hash browns suppose to be 6 pcs, first time i got 3 instead, that's ridiculous, I complained about it, but the girl rolled her eyes on me, the other time was missing one piece, I didn't bother to complain anymore... coffee is always below the line medium it's like a small...etc

Terrible experience here. I was with a group of 6 waiting in line, cash in my hand. My fiance had to use the bathroom and they would not let him. They said we had to buy something when I was standing in line with cash in hand for 10 minutes because they are so slow. Slow and rude to the customers. 5 people were working back there doing who knows what. Ill never give this location another dollar.

Hello! I just came from this Dunkin and the employee was extremely rude, rushing me to order in a line of one person behind me. Mind you I had been there earlier this week and also experienced a rude employee but wanted to give this Dunkin another chance. All that to say, my loaded hashbrowns was cold, strawberry dragonfruit refresher had no syrup in it (very bland), I asked for a strawberry frosted donut and when it wasn’t in my bag so I reminded the women and she said let me see your receipt so my sister goes to look at the receipt just to check if they put it on there (mind you it was the first thing on my receipt) and the employee rolled her eyes. Overall, DONT COME HERE! If you don’t want your day ruined do not come to this Dunkin.

I would like to report a very disappointing experience I had at your Dunkin’ store located at 434 Main St, Spotswood, NJ 08884, on May 8, 2025. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor:
• The staff were rude and unprofessional.
• My coffee order was incomplete and missing items.
• The donuts were handled with bare hands and placed directly into the bag without gloves or tissue, which is unacceptable and unhygienic.

This is not what I expect from Dunkin’. I hope immediate action will be taken to address this issue, ensure proper hygiene practices, and train the staff on how to deal with customers respectfully.

Please look into this matter seriously. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this complaint.

This Spanish lady that works there makes my wrong coffee and then gives me an attitude about it!! Everytime I go in this place the mess up my order or forget something!!! This is the worst dunking donuts I have ever been too

We made a quick stop. Food was typical Dunkin. I waited at the register to pay for something, with no one in front of me, while the clerk wiped down something in her hands RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. It was a quick refreshment stop and use of the facilities (which were kept locked!).

I order a snack and bacon I got 3 pieces then once that was done I was screamed at to get out after I told the man to have a nice day this place is a horrible atmosphere try not to go there if you can go to another dunkin workers are horrible there

I had a really concerning experience at this location and unfortunately, the follow-up made it even worse. I ordered a medium iced matcha with an espresso shot something I get often and my drink had a strong chemical taste, like Windex. I knew something wasn’t right, so I submitted a complaint.

Someone from the store called me about it, but instead of taking my concern seriously, he quickly brushed it off and told me “we don’t have Windex here” and that the taste was probably just from the caffeine and espresso. I’ve had this drink many times and never had it taste like that before. I wasn’t complaining to be dramatic I was genuinely worried something went wrong, but the call felt dismissive and uncomfortable.

This isn’t how food safety or customer service should be handled. If a customer says their drink tasted like chemicals, the response should be concern, not deflection.

Suppose when I ask for my drink with no ice I receive an unfull cup and when I ask they answer with very bad and Unacceptable way that they cannot fill the cup because I ask for no ice so why I pay the money for a full size cup

First off how are you going to have spanish people who barely know english take my order? Second of all how are you going to block off all the seating so no one is able to sit? What is the point of having a whole section of sitting just to block it off.
Then one time i went to dunkin i wanted a mango pineapple refresher and the worker told me they don’t have any refreshers today. And you guys have flys on every donut and food. That is absolutely disgusting and it’s funny to think you’re actually selling that nasty stuff to paying customers. The key to the bathroom is the lost annoying thing ever. I am standing there for 15 to 20 minutes to get the dang key like at least have the bell or something. And also don’t even get me started on the service, the workers are so nasty and rude. I don’t know how you guys have the money for this renovation when this place sucks. NEVER COME HERE.
