Ordered online for asap pickup (stated 15 mins) at 6:25pm. Got to the store within 10 minutes and waited in a long line of people also waiting for their online orders. Nobody asked for the names of the people waiting, every employee simply ignored us until we asked them to check on our orders. Asked if my order was ready 3 different times, every time the answer was “it’s coming.” During the 40 minutes I waited for the food that was stated to be ready in 15 minutes, 5 different people walked in to order at the counter and all 5 people received their food ahead of me. Ended up having to get my money back because I was late to my overnight shift and now have no dinner to eat during said overnight shift. The employees weren’t the least bit bothered by making us all wait and nobody ever apologized. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to wait 3 hours and be ignored.

This place is proof that a chain sub store can be just as good, if not better, than an independent Italian deli. The food is delicious, the people are very friendly, always. Never a mess up! It’s also very clean if you’re looking to sit and eat inside. Plenty of parking as it is in a large strip mall which includes a shop rite. Super fast and delicious!

As I was standing there waiting for my sandwich, the employee was making a sandwich with crumbles bacon on it, when he was finished, he scraped the counter with his hands and picked up the crumbs and put it back on the tray of bacon to be reused, really, are you kidding, disgusting. Will not be patronizing this location again.
