Bennys has always been a favorite of mine growing up as I have always been received with great service and even better amazing food but sad to say after my experience I will no longer be ordering from here. Went in to pick up an order and was received with nothing but hostility. I was just there trying to get some drinks pay for my order and leave but the workers gave me the dirtiest looks, looking at me and my boyfriend up and down like we don’t belong. Whatever I brush it off at least I was excited to enjoy my meal. I get home and open up my cheesesteak and why is there barely any meat at all. The flavor for the meat was good like always but no where near enough to enjoy, all I could taste was the bread and mountain of lettuce. They have really stinged out since the last time I ordered from here, sad to see what has become of the place and devastated to part ways with my childhood favorite restaurant. Hopefully with this review the owner puts effort into bringing this place back up like before.

Great spot. One of my favorite lunch spots to stop in grab some slices and a root beer at. Like how they put out different pies daily. Their Detroit and Margherita and of course plain ate my favorites so far. Been going at least once every two weeks and always have a great lunch. Thanks Benny's!

Two times in a row I’ve gotten extremely sick from this place. The first time I thought maybe just a coincidence. No. First time was penne with Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. Deathly ill that night. Second time was their “specialty wrap” grilled chicken, mozz, spinach, and onions. Violently ill in shop rite 30 minutes after eating it. No coincidence. I’m thinking it’s the chicken, who knows. Beware !!!

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Bland, uncut, soggy, thin crust, minimal sauce, and all the cheese fell off.
Ordered linguini seafood FRA-DIAVOLO (DIABLO) damn it, so good, so taste. The best part, A NATIVE MEXICAN AS A COOK. I recommend this pizzzeria to all of you.

Pizza by the slice mostly lived up to our expectations as New Yorkers! Good variety and very fair price! Staff was friendly and kind, we loved that they had homemade sodas and soda water too! Would definitely come again for beach lunch!
