WOW!I was excited for new Dunkin in the area but my god, where do I even begin.I’ll start with the management. Words I would use to describe: RUDE, DISAPPOINTING, DISRESPECTFUL. I genuinely wish I had something nice to say. The way I saw the staff being treated here was astonishing, especially in front of the customers!Also an employee overdosed and the other employees were instructed to clean up! I just feel there should have been a proper clean up not endangering the employees and customers!Very very disappointing.

Got an iced coffee here and snackin bacon. The bacon was ice cold. Disgusting. I went around to tell them it was and they just said oh it's supposed to be cold. It's not meant to be hot. Absolute b******** When is bacon ever supposed to be COLD? I get that fuckin bacon all the time and it's always hot or at least warm. How about you don't lie and b******* me about the cold bacon. I know what it's supposed to be like. And the audacity to start arguing with me telling me I'm wrong, okay. I asked him if he could warm it up for me at least and he said no it's not meant to be hot. You're that cheap and "busy" to not go warm it / give me another one or give me a refund. F*** this place. The old one in spring lake was so much better. Don't go here. Disgrace for a Dunkin. I've been to a lot of Dunkin's and this is by far the worst one. I have never had a bad experience at a Dunkin before this one. The owner/manager guy who acts like he doesn't understand is a total dick as well as the middle aged woman working there as well. Go somewhere else!!

Went here a lot for the last year and a half. I dealt with the rude owner and the mediocre food due to the proximity to where I live. Until about 3 months ago. I placed an order for pickup and got there a little early, and I was very glad I did. I saw the owner, with his mask around his chin, pull my food out of the oven and with his mouth and nose completely uncovered cough all over my food. And I get it, things happen. But then he proceeded to bag it up like nothing happened. I had to ask him to remake it for me as I saw him cough all over it, during a pandemic. They remade it but I will never go there again. I drive to a cleaner, friendlier Dunkin' where they actually know how to wear their masks and make the food properly. It still grosses me out. They obviously don't care and don't value the health of their customers.

You would think no drive thru would be a major drawback but it has become a local stop where you almost always meet a neighbor, teacher, old school friend, mail carrier or police officer from town. Sometimes you meet all of them in one visit!
