The Mill Lakeside Manor

We got married at the Mill in October 2024. The entire day was perfect, and every part of the day was even better than we could have expected. We felt so taken care of and supported. The entire Mill staff was extremely professional and made sure every detail was flawless. Our families, our officiant, and our guests were all impressed and are continuing to tell us how much fun they had and how incredible the Mill was!! Everyone loved the food and the venue as a whole. Not only were the staff completely attentive to us throughout the night, making sure we had everything (food, drinks, temporary peace and quiet) we needed, but they made a special point of taking care of our parents in the same way too.

We don’t live in New Jersey, but Sue made out-of-state wedding planning easy. She was clear and communicative via email, and always happy to hop on the phone or FaceTime with me. We also did our final details meeting with Tyler over Zoom, and I was a little worried about not being in-person for it, but I had no reason to worry because Tyler is such a pro and knew exactly what to ask. Sue and Tyler, we can’t thank you enough!!

Everyone warned us that something always goes wrong on a wedding day, but truly nothing went wrong on ours and we know that’s thanks to everyone at the Mill. We are so grateful. Thank you for making the day everything we hoped for and more.

If you’re considering The Mill for your wedding venue, book it!! And then invite us, so we can party again at our favorite place.

Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married at Saint Catharine’s but held our reception at The Mill in November of 2023. Our friends and family still talk about our wedding day even a year later! Everything about our special day was perfect!

Our wedding was nothing short of magical. Not only is The Mill a breathtaking venue in itself, but it’s operated by the most amazing people we could ever ask to work with. From the minute we stepped foot off of the trolley to the closing moments of the night, they made us feel like absolute royalty. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect and that our guests had a wonderful experience as well.

A special thank you to Racquel, Mary Ann, Tyler and Devin – your professionalism, attentiveness and generosity greatly exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank you enough for everything and we are forever grateful!

We are still over the moon about our entire wedding day, from start to finish. Absolute perfection! We will never forget it!

Words do not express how amazed our guests, my husband and myself were with the incredible experience of a Mill wedding reception. It is hands down the only place to have a wedding. The food, the focus on detail with the service, the cocktail hour! I mean, you will be so thrilled that you chose the Mill for your wedding. Just do it, go book it NOW! And I didn't even speak about the backdrop for our photos.....swans on a lake which approached us on queue!!

I wish I could give them UNLIMITED stars. Where do I even begin with how much care and planning the entire Mill team put into making our 10/20/2024 wedding the perfect day? We had multiple friends and family come up to us during the reception to tell us ours was the best wedding they have ever been to.

The serving team payed attention to each individual guest’s wants and needs, from ear plugs for an older gentleman to keeping specific drinks filled 100% of the time. The food was PHENOMENAL, and there is so much of it our guests were rolling out and completely sated!

I’m sure I could go on and on and on about how beautiful, special, and amazing The Mill team and venue itself is, but I will try to be concise!

Christopher, our coordinator leading up to our wedding. Thank you so much for being so friendly, warm, and open! Chris answered our many, many emails with such grace and knowledge. He went above and beyond and checked out tuxedo rental businesses we were thinking of using, assisted in answering any and all questions we had, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I never stressed once knowing that Chris was on our side!

Tyler, our Day-Of coordinator. You are AMAZING! My dad specifically told me that you went above and beyond and made sure he got food during cocktail hour when he was busy chatting with all of our guests. Tyler made sure our wedding was timed perfectly, that we as the Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party always knew what was happening and when, and genuinely put so much effort into making sure everything ran smoothly. He coordinated directly with our DJ for us regarding introducing the bridal party.

Devon, our bridal attendant! She was on top of making my dress SHINE during all of our pre-ceremony photos. She also made sure I had water and was relaxed leading up to the ceremony. Post ceremony, Devon and Chris worked together to bring us food and beverages to the bridal suite so that we could decompress by ourselves during cocktail hour for a bit before heading out to say hello to all of our loved ones.

There is not one thing I would have changed about our day. The respect, patience, and care The Mill Lakeside Manor showed us went above and beyond. They call themselves The Mill Family, and you will truly feel like you are a part of theirs when you book your wedding here.

We had our wedding at the Mill in September 2024. We can't say enough great things about this venue! They were so kind and helpful from the very beginning! They really do include so much that they offer the couples, from beautiful choices of tablecloths, cake stands, card boxes, centerpieces and more! The day of our wedding they were so accommodating and really made us feel so special! The service there was incredible! I had to change around tables last minute because of some guests not being able to attend and they were so accommodating and made it work within minutes! Our guest could not stop talking about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue was! (It was raining the night of our wedding so our guest didn't even get to enjoy the beautiful deck and outside area) and they still couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the place was. I wish I could get married there all over again! My husband and I really hope to get invited to a wedding there so we can experience being there on the other side! Thank you so much to Sue, Tyler, and their amazing crew!

We cannot say enough positive things about this wedding venue. The staff was so incredibly professional, kind and attentive leading up to the wedding day, shoutout to Christopher, and went above and beyond on our wedding day, thank you Tyler and Angela!!! So many guests told us that our wedding was the best that they had ever been to. We would rebook again in a heartbeat.

The Mill Staff was absolutely incredible on our wedding day 9.13.24. To paint the picture a bit, we toured the venue back in March/April this year. From the second we stepped inside we knew it was our dream venue! Shortly after we decided to plan the wedding in a few months (call us crazy lol) We couldn’t have done it without the incredible staff. The communication from Raquel and then Chris was consistently fast and helpful. I truly don’t believe that we could have pulled it off without them. Now as for the wedding day. Not one bad thing to say, it went absolutely flawlessly. My husband and I felt so special and pampered by the Mill. A special shout out to Tyler and Angela who were by our side the entire day and night and got us everything we needed and more. I got positive feedback from my guests saying that the staff was paying so much attention to them during dinner service which I was glad to hear. I need to point out also that the Mill went above and beyond to take care of my mom and mother in law while they were watching our one year old daughter in the bridal suite. I requested that they brought them dinner to the suite since they were missing the dinner service and my mom and MIL both said that the Mill kept checking on them and even got them dessert. ( I believe that was Angela and can’t thank her enough!!) That was above and beyond and I was so grateful that they made such an effort to take care of them. The day was perfect, the food was perfect, everything was perfect. My husband is celiac and the Chef made him all the cocktail hour goodies GF so he got to try everything. Not to mention we got to take left overs home!! Amazing!! Cannot recommend enough.

The Mill is an amazing place to have a wedding. The setting could not have been more perfect and the weather cooperated fully.
The choices for hors d’oeuvres were out of this world. The wait staff was professional, friendly and so helpful and attentive.
If you can afford to have a wedding here your baby girl will have the most amazing day of her life I guarantee it !

My husband and I got married at The Mill in August and were absolutely floored by the level of attentiveness, professionalism, and care we and our guests were shown by everyone at The Mill. From our coordinators Christopher and Raquel, the mait're d's Tyler and Jeff, the entire wait staff/bridal attendants - everyone was amazing. The venue itself is also incredibly gorgeous and the food and drink were incredible as well. Our guests continue to reach out and tell us how great a time they had at the wedding, all because of the great job The Mill did for us.

Would absolutely recommend any couple get married at The Mill.

Our experience with the Mill was outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough! They took such great care of us and our family/friends during our wedding. Our guests have not stopped talking about how wonderful the food and service was. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect and our guests had a wonderful experience as well. Plenty of our guests said this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended and will look into booking weddings for their children here as well.

I tend to be a type A planner and Christopher, Racquel, Tyler and many more made me feel comfortable and took away a lot of stress I had during wedding planning. Any questions you have they are quick to respond which also puts you at ease. I had even lost the cord to our neon sign and did not realize and Christopher found a cord in their closet to use for the night which was amazing!!!! Any requests we had they accommodated for and really made us feel special and not like any other couple that is getting married. You will not regret getting married here!!!!

Where to even begin…if you want to have the most amazing flawless wedding, we highly recommend to book with The Mill! Not only are the grounds beautiful, food endless but the staff…they each are so wonderful and stop at nothing to make your day perfect! We have received so many compliments and will never forget our best day! We worked with Sue, Tyler and Devon and can’t thank them all enough for making sure the process was seamless, it truly was the best day!

I recently filmed a wedding at the Mill Lakeside Manor and the staff and management were extremely helpful to make the unforgettable! They had a great spot for our first look and the ceremony space was beautiful outside!

Our son and his fiance were married at the Mill this past weekend. Every piece of the event was excellent! The Maitre D Tyler, and every single person working the event were professional, helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. The food was outstanding and plentiful and the facility is beautiful almost beyond words. They made it easy to have a great time!
