The audacity to to only put one egg on a sandwich when you order a bacon, egg and cheese is outrageous. Great food but what a robbery to not specify when you get a sandwich they're only putting one egg on it is unbelievable. It's literally been the standard of every deli breakfast place for time in memorial, Do better.

Good bagel but if u ask for no ketchup theyll just clean the ketchup off their knife with your bagel.
SERVICE IS THE WORST I've ever experienced. Not just a one time deal. Bagels are just OK. Replace the service workers or the Manager. Dry food is a grab & go business. Not a difficult concept. Time to look for another bagel store.

It's a very cute place, and the staff seemed very sweet. They had a good variety of options as well! Service was pretty quick. The food was good. As a family member said, "it's bagels and beyond, it's always good". Would recommend visiting. I also tried the French toast bagel, and I'd get it again!!
