you can actually put some employees in your deli area...l had to wait 1 HOUR to get a pound of american cheese...at any given moment there were at least 15 or more people waiting in line. the two women working are not to blame...but BJs is...you want to be a big wholesale store...get some employees. i was there today Club number 192 trans number 3095 time..11:11 am..check out 12:26 don't think i'll be renewing my membership . Awful service

Many employees including managers not wearing their masks properly. Check out person 3 PM 4/29 not wearing his mask properly when I asked him to put it on he was belligerent and started an argument!
