This is the 2nd time that they forgot our appetizer in our take out order. Tonight they forgot the soup, the Cesar salad and there was no pasta with my $26. Chicken dish. The portions are about 1/2 the size of eat in. So disappointed in their lack of customer service. No refund, either. Manager left for the day.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Called in to order- they sounded annoyed. Paid over the phone and asked if we wanted to leave tip we said no (we were going to leave a cash tip). Get there and they didn’t even make the pizza. Sat around for 30min while they made it. Get home and this is what it looks like…. It’s straight liquid.Tastes even worse…. And it’s not even what we ordered.

Was there early on a Saturday night.. place was busy but no overly crowded..service was very good..my son ordered a Stromboli and it was very good..my wife ordered the noki.also very good. Unfortunately I ordered the open faced lasagna, whatever that was supposed to be..it came out as a Flatbread and for 26 dollars definitely NOT worth it...I guess I ordered the wrong thing

I ordered their marinara sauce online and it was excellent! I must admit, I first ordered sauce from Carbone, thinking it would be better, but I was wrong. The Carbone sauce had a real strong flavor to it that became overpowering toward the end. Brazzi’s sauce has fresh tomatoes and just the right amount of flavor. Order some for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!! I really enjoyed mine and look forward to the next meal with it. Will be ordering more.

It took me a while to write this as I didn't want to write a review that would go against the chefs because the food is amazing and the place is very clean. We had made reservations at 6:30pm one evening and it was a fairly large group. We ordered meals that came with soup/salad and also dessert. When we ordered our appetizers and finished our meals came out right away. My mom then asked "how come the meals came out before the soup and salad" to which the waitress responded "it's because I didn't take the soup out of the freezer yet"... okay, got it. Then dessert came and we ordered three items and she placed them in boxes to go. I looked at the time and it was 9 and they close at 9. As someone who was a waitress for years I understand wanting to go home and leave but to not communicate "we are closed is it okay to put them to go for you?" Was just cold. To make it worse the owner or hostess was sitting watching this all happen. To run a business it takes not only good food but good people. Unfortunately we came out as a family to mourn the anniversary loss of my sister. You never know what other people are going through and how customer service really does make or break a business.

Very disappointed by the pizza, probably the worst pizza I had in NJ. Definitely was sitting around and tasted like it was frozen pizza. The slices are very small in comparison to other places.

For $50,my husband and I shared (to go), a dish of chicken piccatta and an arugula salad. The salad was phenomenal. The chicken was reheated and thrown into the pasta dish...$50!!!!I'm extremely upset about this. Restaurants are giving into cheap labor and losing the authentic nature of their food. I think it's sad.Guess I'll make my own picatta next time

If i could rate this a 0, i would not of hesitated! This place is extremely horrendous selling this to customers. The DOUGH is RAW. How do you mess up pizza and sell this to customers as if this is okay! The FDA needs to evaluate this place.
