The viral video of a psycho customer berating & threatening to spit on your employee and hurl vulgar comments about her loved ones at the Manahawkin Costco is distressing for two reasons. Seeing her be verbally abused by him. Only known thanks to a quick thinking employee. But mostly #2 reading that you did NOTHING!!! Why were the police not called? Why was he not arrested..?? You have to have his name.. he used his card. I no longer feel safe at your store and I feel terrible for the treatment of your employee.. I have shopped there for years and they are all also so pleasant waiting for you to

We always go to Costco when we arrive in LBI. Major shopping there and this time we purchased their meats. It wasn’t bad and they had prime meat. Chicken was also good. The rest was typical shopping for a family of 16. However the big shocker was Clorox wipes and Lysol spray. I had not seen Lysol since February. Costco must have some clout since people were telling me they do get if often but they sell out fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only items I would have liked to see if them wiping down the carts. Love this place. Thanks Costco!

please remove the garbage cans in store where people can access. witnessed a man and his wife around noon today in frozen fish isle .. man removed his mask and hocked up a mouthful of spit and sprayed it into a garbage can at rear. yelled at him and he and wife walked away like nothing happened and gave me a fxxk you look. there is no reason for open garbage cans during COVID 19 when samples and food not being served. I told several employees around me and up at front..they did not know what to do or say. I called manahawkin store just now, could only get through to pharmacy and told pharmacist to pass along to manager and remove garbage cans for public health safety!!!

We went today at 7:30 a.m. during senior hours. The two men who greeted us with clean carts were very kind and reassuring. All the staff were helpful and very pleasant. The store is immaculate and well stocked. It was a very pleasant and safe experience during this horrible time dealing with COVID19. Thanks for a great experience.
