The Dunkin' Donuts in Manahawkin near Great clips, I would never go back there again after what I experienced. there was a young girl behind the register..she was the rudest human being I've ever encountered.. she banged my coffee on the counter because I had to correct her because she got the order totally wrong she had a bad attitude from the minute I walked in.. a person like that should not be taking care of paying customers.. I should have left the coffee and walked out but it was already paid for and I was so angry that's when I called the female manager over she was a sweetheart she apologized she took care of me and gave me the correct order.. be careful who you hire because you just lost a customer because of that nasty human being

I am a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer, but this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. I was so happy to see this was opening in Manahawkin, but after multiple bad experiences I seldom go to this location. When I had first gone there several years ago, there were flies sitting on donuts. I thought this was a one off, but I was just there today, and once again, there are flies flying around and sitting on donuts. For some reason, this Dunkin just cannot get the orders right. Either the staff is undertrained, or they just don't care. Every time I have ordered a take out order, it comes out wrong. A few weeks ago, I ordered a chai latte for pickup. It did NOT taste the way it does, and I have had it many times. It was bitter, they clearly messed up the proportions. I know they have pretty straightforward recipes, yet they still seem to get it wrong. I decided to get pick up order again today, a chai latte. I ordered well in advance, but when I got there, it was not ready, and I had to wait for it. When it was finally ready, the outside of the cup had spill marks all over it, and the cup was cold. I took one sip (because I know their history of always messing up orders), and it was COLD and black tea. Mind you, I ordered a chai latte. When I told them the order was wrong, the other worker told me that is a chai latte. I said first off, this is cold, second, a latte has steamed milk in it, there is NO milk in it. They realized their mistake, and had to make another one. The other one still wasn't right, messed up proportions, and it was lukewarm. I thought I would give them a chance again, but with the flies sitting on donuts and constant messing up of almost every order, and also stale donuts, this will be my last time. Go to other Dunkins or coffee shops in the area instead.

Place is horrible l.. waited 35 min. In like at 10am to tell me that they don't have donuts!!! And the lady was nasty about it??? Why would I go there lady!!! Where are the donuts it's 10am!! If you don't like your job quit!!! Nasty nasty nasty!!

I went to Dunkin after a afternoon of shopping with a friend. We thought we'd have coffee and a donut. It was 330pm today. They had no Donuts. No muffins. Absolutely nothing. Very disappointed. This happens quite a bit at the Dunkin Donuts in Manahawkin, NJ.
