Very disappointed this time. Felt like I was being rushed out of the place. drinks came after appetizer, Entree arrived when we weren't even done with our appetizer and could have been warmer. Acoustics really stink in this place. Super noisy. Definitely won't be going back on a weekend night

First time in Element Restaurant and Bar at Manahawkin Nj , and I can honestly say that it was an excellent experience. The place both inside and out is very pretty, the atmosphere is very comfortable, 10/10, our waitress Rebecca is excellent, she knows the menu perfectly, and her recommendations were a 10/10, the Titanic sushi roll is delicious, the onion soup and baked potato were a perfect choice, the Chai Margarita is super refreshing, for the main course we ordered the Ny steak 10/10.. everything was perfect, thank you Rebecca for making our experience at Element Restaurant super pleasant, rewarding and enjoyable. Congratulations Rebecca. Definitely will be back.

Brought my parents tonight for dinner. It's becoming a regular spot. Food was excellent and our server Jake was phenomenal! He remembered my parents from last week and remembered my mother had celiac
disease, went above and beyond for her.

Went here for a baby shower. The private room had plenty of space. The food was very good and our host was very attentive.

Haven’t eaten there in a long time. I’m really glad we revisited. Food was delicious. They went out of their way to honor my special request and our waitress was The absolute best. Can’t wait to go back.

I'm sad to say that Element, a restaurant I once looked forward to visiting, has lost its luster. While the decor remains impressive, the food quality has slipped to just above average. Unfortunately, the price tag no longer justifies the experience.
During our recent visit, some dishes shone, like my wife's tender and flavorful full rack of ribs and my uncle's enjoyable cowboy pork chop. The Sangria was also a hit. However, my seafood bisque, while tasty, was unremarkable.
The real letdown was my Brisket, which was mislabeled and served as a grey, rock-hard pot roast. I hardly touched it, but what really bothered me was the waiter's indifference. He noticed my full plate but didn't ask if everything was okay, just if I wanted a takeout container.
When I called to report my experience, the host didn't seem to care, and I was unimpressed by the lack of apology or concern. The main issue here is the restaurant's indifference to customer feedback.
If you're planning to visit Element, stick to bar food like burgers, ribs, or chicken burgers, and order a few drinks. Don't expect much from their more expensive menu items. Keep your expectations (and budget) low, around $40 or less. Unfortunately, Element is no longer worth the splurge.
Let me know if you'd like me to make any changes!
