I went with my family and I have a autistic lil sister and we get the same meal every time just two sides and a drink mozzarella sticks and fries with a drink and the manager came over and said well it’s not happening this time very rudely and we left and she gets the same meal every single time and we go every Sunday morning and she is super picky she only eats five things but the manager is super rude

The staff here is always super nice and welcoming. Food comes out fast and hot and I go there at least once sometimes twice a week and always look forward to it. Zero complaints. Really good omelets and hashbrowns.

This place should truly be closed this is the second time I’ve gone there and the sign says open workers standing around inside and the doors locked . Website says closed at 9 pm not to mention the few times I have gone there previously and the service was terrible the place was filthy and the staff was very unprofessional and didn’t even seem to want to be working there themselves. Truly sad as I used to love to go to ihop with me and my family since I was a young man . I will truly never step foot in that place again

food was mid, waitress nice, manager/hostes nice, prices are not good...my bill was like 45 bucks for two people and plates are small which means poetions are small. 18 bucks for one plate of breakfast food is ridiculous for an ihop...even a diner would be less so they need to fix that or noone will keep coming back. they do need to not put theyr fingers on your plate surface where the food is or on the part of the utencles the goes in your mouth...thats not sanitary.

On 12/20 My girlfriend and I walked in and stood by the register waiting to be seated. There were only 2 waitresses it wasn’t busy. However they were too busy standing by the kitchen talking and when one of the kitchen staff saw us he came out and told them and pointed over. She said I know but never came over to seat us so we walked out. Unreal!

I'm not that big a fan of IHOP in general, and this place is the typical IHOP experience. You can get a decent variety of foods that you would expect at any diner, but I never really found the pancakes here. All that special. I seem to get better pancakes at just about any independently owned diner or breakfast joint in Jersey.

Country fried steak looked decent sauce didn't look normal color wise or consistency wise. Threw up in the parking lot. Bacon Omelette was dry didn't couldn't finish half of it.

Food is always fine, my daughter went to order off the kids menu and this waitress said straight to her that “she can’t order off of that”. It’s for 12 and under and my daughter just turned 12 in May absolutely insane behavior. Like do I need a birth certificate over a 3 dollar difference in pancakes? I even would have paid more if it was the big of a problem. Instead was rude the rest of the visit.

I was in this morning with my father celebrating good news I had just received from a Dr. appointment. While eating the first few bites I began to hear an angry man berating his team of breakfast servers about the amount of coffee being poured and napkins being given out. Cursing and calling them names I don’t wish to share. I immediately lost my appetite and began to physically shake because of this man’s treatment of his workers. I asked our server to speak to whoever he was and was informed he was the owner. After waiting 5 minutes I was told that he had left and to be told to mind my own business. As a member of the hospitality industry and just a human being who thinks people should be treated in a respectful way, I find it absolutely appalling that these women were treated with such complete disregard. I will be telling everyone I know about this truly horrific experience.
