A decent bagel and coffee. It's no metro-NYC fluffy water bagel, but to satisfy the craving for a BEC, it'll work. The location was clean, staff was friendly, and everything seemed well stocked.

Love the lady that works the cash register! Go to this location often last two times I went ordered two sandwiches and two hash browns both times the hash browns where not in the bag disappointing check your order before you leave don’t live close enough to want to go back so I will complain here

“The best Manhattan bagel by far”I actually don’t like Manhattan bagel that much but this one is just different⭐️MENU - somehow this location has significantly more options than every other one. I have never seen the blueberry glaze bagel anywhere else and it is amazing. They have atleast 6 or 7 bagels not offered at others. Oatmeal, Hash browns, GLUTEN FREE bagels, croissants, turnovers,dog treat bagels. Lattes and espresso drinks, and they have oat milk. Also lunch options.FOOD - not a fan of the bagels usually but this location bagels are definitely better that the others. Blueberry glaze bagel is fantastic. Coffee is DEFINITELY more fresh at this location.⭐️SERVICE - great service here always polite and accommodating with special requests. Always well staffed so they are very quick even during morning rush.⭐️LOCATION - this location is excellent because it’s very big compared to other M.B.s there is plenty of seating I side and outdoor seating. Nasty drink, bad service. They frozen chiller looks nothing like the image then when I said something, she acted as if I wanted her to make the whipped cream by hand. It tasted disgusting and my husband's latte was unbearable. He mixed it with creamer we bought from another store.

Order online this morning and I usually really like their bagels but they messed up my order this time. Ordered bfast sandwich on plain bagel .. they gave me salt bagel. Then got 2 multi grain bagels toasted with veggie cream cheese. The cream cheese was soupy and definitely not veggie, it was very sweet. If I order again I will check my order before leaving.

I'm gonna be honest when I went to this bagel store I was expecting great service. The people were nice but when I got home, one of five bagels were missing. W-T-F. I know people are busy but we paid for this. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, not coming back here again. :(

after I got home from waiting close to a half hour due to it being busy for a bagel toasted with bacon egg and cheese, the bagel wasn't toasted and their was barely a egg, the other bagel we had ordered was supposed to have cream cheese on it and had butter instead. very disappointed for waiting as long as I did.

Spoken by someone who actually LIVES in Manhattan, these bagels are a JOKE! There's nothing "Manhattan" or "NYC" about any of the bagels they sell here. The bagels in Manhattan are huge. The bagels you get here look like hockey pucks.
