Salad was gross, chicken parm wasn’t cooked. Told the server just to forget it becuase our baby wouldn’t sit that much longer. He said he will bring the side pasta right out and then when the chicken is ready he would bring that, 10+ minutes past. So I told him nevermind. He comes back 2 min later saying it was done and do I want to box it and eat it later. Told him no. He eventually comes back saying he is going to charge me for a side of pasta that I recieved. No manager came over to apologize, nothing was offered for me not eating while my family ate.. our server was great, food was not, and customer service on manager is poor.

Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The food came quickly and was hot and delicious.
The amount of food with each meal was generous. One member of our party ordered soup and salad. They were able to try multiple soups. Great experience all around.

was expecting a great dining experience at Olive Garden, but unfortunately, the quality fell short. The chicken scampi had an off taste and my wife's tortellini Alfredo was also a letdown, with rubbery chicken. Hopefully, they'll improve their dishes next time.
