It has been many years since we have been to Olive Garden. Let me tell you the experience we had last night was awesome. We had a server who was brand new so she was a little off, but she was very good. The food was fantastic. Really had a good time and a good celebration.Kid-friendliness: There is a high emphasis on kids. When we arrived, we asked real quickly for a mac & cheese and a spaghetti dinner for the two little ones and that came right away along with orange juice and lemonade. Plus they had some crayons and something to color right off the bat.
Very friendly service. Place was spotless, will definitely go back.Parking: Plenty of handycap places

I've been to enough OGIR's to know the standard. Endless Soup and Salad is my favorite. this afternoon I am writing off the experience as a little training glitch. The server just left stuff piling up on the table as we got additional refills. multiple people didn't know how to redeem a gift card amount from google wallet and the fancy mini kiosk on the table. To our own fault, the gift card value was not correct on the phone, but working with the mgr., it was all straightened out. No harm no foul, could have been worse.
Been eating there for years and food as usual was great and so was the service! Manager was on site also and helped with our drink order! Highly recommend this particular Olive

Katie was our server. She was completely on top of everything! Refills on garlic sticks, drinks, soup... our main dish was even timed perfectly. We visited on a Saturday night around 6 pm, and it was busy. However, we were seated immediately. Katie took our drink order within 2 minutes of us sitting down. She brought us our drinks and took our order a few minutes afterwards. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be requesting Katie as our server the next time we dine out at this Olive Garden.
