Horrible location of this franchise. They actually charge you if you want to put mustard on your food right there in the store. Also they use same gloves to handle money food and money.

We ALWAYS order pretzel trays from you guys with no complaints. I went to pickup my tray today for a PARTY with 3 different dips just for the dips to not even be filled halfway. You can see the bottom of the dip container... I said something to the employee working and he said he can’t fill it because they are weighed. So I’ll have all these pretzels for my guest but no dips? He refused to fill them even after saying I was upset about it. I would have even paid extra but why should I have too when I’m already ordering a party tray. Very upset.

Pretzels are obviously what they are but the lack of understanding about the painful situation with them not accepting gift cards is ridiculous. How would anyone feel if they got gift cards as a gift, and couldn’t use them? Then to be told we just updated our registers and make it sound as if, it was just a bad day, I was ok with but here we are weeks later and it’s still same thing. I would’ve never spent another 50$ for the inconvenience. Until they accept their own gift cards, or act understanding I will not be back and will pass the word. CRAZINESS

Very accommodating staff! Needed 50 individually wrapped pretzels 1st thing in the morning. Other stores would not do the individual wrap. They had them all ready for pick up and were just baked! Pretzels were a success at work. Thanks!

Such a pleasant experience ! The one by us wouldn't take preorders on Father's Day so I called this location & they happily took my order over the phone, it was ready when I got there & the pretzels were warm, soft & amazing. What a great, clean location! And customer service was wonderful

Walked in with 2 of my partners, deliver in the area with a trucking company. Inside was an older lady and a younger woman. They were rude and just stared at us like we didn’t belong. Definitely racist vibes, I guess they don’t usually get people from the city. Asked the older lady how long a cinnamon pretzel would take and she said we can’t make those right now. Meanwhile it was about 1:30 pm. It was awkward from the moment we walked in until we left.

Awful customer service!! The owner does NOT care about customer satisfaction!! Placed a large order for a birthday party, the cheesesteaks were inedible and when we called to address the issue no one had the decency to call back. We finally stopped in to address in-person where the owner proceeded to scream and tell us we were wrong. This is a TERRIBLE representation of the company. This franchise should be CLOSED or new ownership should be obtained! We spent over $200, NEVER AGAIN.

What a great job! I called and requested small anchors be made for a party on the Lagoon. Renee said she would try her best, they came out AMAZING! And even for the custom job it was the price of a regular size pretzel. Blown away!!

I love philly pretzel factory. However, living locally their hours are terrible. I get out of work at three and I always want pretzels in the afternoon and they are never opened. I would think a place like this would be open the later part of the day.

Called for days and no one answered the phone. Tried placing an online order 5 days in advance, and got an error message to call the store. Even had a friend try to call. Finally, I got through to someone and she said she couldn’t take orders because they were sold out. When I said I’ve been calling for days and no one answers, she replied, “oh, sorry.” Zero issues ordering from the Bayville store. Won’t ever bother with this one again. Disappointing.

Called for days and didn't get an answer. Tried ordering online, and I got an error message that said I had to order via phone. Finally get through to someone who says they are sold out for Saturday. I said I've been calling for days and no one answers, she says, "oh, sorry about that." Never. Again.
