Customer service is the worst here. Employees chit chat and ignore customers, waste time making fake, difficult drinks leaving customers waiting for their drinks. Food case is always full of fruit flies. Employees also claim they have no ingredient lists which are required to be provided upon request. My latest frap which was a Zombie frap was a flop. I’ll leave a pic in the comment section. It was taken next to a photo of what it was supposed to look like.
Drinks are good but customer service is very poor.
I love all the girls there they're all so sweet and lovely
