This is the only Starbucks in the area?! Service is slow and under staffed, rude, unfriendly. The customer service is at an all-time low here . The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, large black flies buzzing around our heads as we stood waiting for our orders. At least give someone a chair or a table to sit at. Come on Starbucks step it up and put Freestanding Starbucks with a drive-through in Stafford County NJ on Rt 72 where we can enjoy the Starbucks and get delivery Give the people what they want

Server was rude and obnoxious with my kids, because they were about to close. Was annoyed. Could've been easily explained nicely that they didnt want to serve anymore and I would've reapected that. But to come at my kids rudely is unacceptable.

Kaya a real one, she slings coffee better than any barista, she should make way more than what they pay her. And the manager Chris is a god tier team lead, nicest guy around, crazy at Dr. Strange too

Every time I go they NEVER have whipped cream! EVER! Almost every drink at Starbucks has whipped cream in them but never have it. Not to mention this Starbucks is in Target where they sell whipped cream. Service is always super slow. There’s always 2 to 3 people behind the counter and seems like only one person rings people up and makes the drinks. Definitely the worst Starbucks!
I never get Starbucks and I doubt I’ll be back to this one, if one ever again. My boss treated us to a coffee so I stopped in to get one, the blonde girl at the counter seemed highly annoyed I was ordering, I asked what kind of flavor shots they had, and i never had a girl talk down to me while ordering a basic coffee, she was extremely rude, another girl working behind her with brown hair was laughing at her rudeness towards me. The whole situation annoyed me, especially since I was excited my boss was nice enough to get us coffee as a treat on a Monday. I ended up just getting a black coffee cause the girls seemed extremely irritated that I was asking about the flavor shots, which I guess was still too much to ask for lol. After this experience I’ll be sticking to my Dunkin. Never again lol after working all day I don’t need the nasty attitudes, not only that I felt like they sabotaged my coffee, it was completely filled with grains, sucks that 4 dollar coffee went straight in the trash. Expensive and overpriced, quality sucks, unprofessional service

Normally great but if the tall blonde guy is working he’s rude and so bothered by everyone… paid for a drink and a sandwich. When I politely told him the drink was wrong he was irritated, sandwich took forever if they even made it but I was so uncomfortable to talk to him again that I just left without it.

Waited in line for 45 minutes really looking forward to my strawberry açaí with coconut milk to get what appears to be oat milk and a hint of strawberry and no strawberries ? there was one barista and he was not very motivated unfortunately.
