This place is not only rude but filthy. First they couldn’t make up their mind about delivery. The guy wasn’t sure so he passes the phone to the lady. She said we had to pick it up or do DoorDash. Our food was so spoiled we spit it out. I called for a refund and the lady said I had to bring the food back in so she could physically see it. She only refunded a portion of the amount. The restaurant was filled with cribs, food all over the tables, pillows on booths that were put together like a bed. Overall disgusting.

Never again. Multiple times now, this establishment has "forgotten to order what we asked" or "didn't hear what we said" when it was clearly stated and repeated multiple times to assure accuracy. They will blame you every time, and make sure to up charge plenty on delivery fees for them to fix their mistake. Almost 65 bucks for two orders of orange chicken because they forgot my husbands, then charged us again to have it delivered back. This has been a frequent issue their and I honestly believe it's a scam so a small business can steal and make more money. 1 outta 5 never again

I'll order from a place a few times before I write a review. I'm sick of the attitude I get from these people. If you ask for extra duck sauce, they give you a single extra pack. When you ask for hot oil, they have the guts to charge you. It'd 18 dollars for me meal and I'm being charged 31 to deliver it thru Doordash, can I at least get some extra duck sauce. Never heard of a place that charges for hot oil either.

Zero stars if I could. Worst food ever and it's not the first time but it's definitely the last. Spare yourself dont ruin your dinner, your appetite or waste your money. There are plenty of other places that deserve your business. UGH

Worst Chinese food I have tasted. Ordered 3 meals and one appetizer. We all threw our food out. Not appetizing at all. We all ordered 3 different types of chicken dishes along with fried dumplings… the fried dumplings did not look like any dumplings I have ever had and the flavor was bland and “off”. The three main dishes also had a very strange taste .

Food was eh eh edible-- I ordered online and paid by CrCd in person. I called when I got back home (30: mins away) -- they forgot 1 item ($6.50) and asked for refund. She screamed at me and said NO REFUND- COME GET IT and slammed down phone. Really? So much for customer satisfaction. Not worth the drive off LBI. Find another place.

Can we cancel places that have horrible business owners already ? I don't usually give bad reviews nor do I like to do it whatsoever. I really like to look at all the sides of the coin but the way I just witnessed the woman owner ( not my first NOR second poor interaction with this restaurant ) treat a food delivery person and she has always been " rough and brash" but I am not enabling it by eating here ( food is below average and it does have an odd aftertaste ) The restaurant itself is dirty not " messy". It's not warm or inviting and right now those things count especially as a small business. The language barrier is no longer an excuse to treat people poorly. Both of my parents are immigrants and had small businesses and treating ANY human with anything less than respect is inexcusable. I will NOT be eating here and I would encourage others to do the same for the reasons I mentioned above. I try to always live my life by asking myself these two questions ; Is it kind and is it necessary ? I found that this review was necessary and I have made a promise to myself that I will not tear down a bad experience in a restaurant " just because " I lack the self awareness to see all sides involved and all the behind the scenes but I can no longer watch business owners abuse people and then continue to shop there and not share on a platform I have . Maybe someone there will take a look at the reviews and want to treat others with more care and respect than they have in the past but for now I will not eat there and I will NOT tell other they should either.

I only have one word for this place "horrible", I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The items we choose to have were sesame chicken, general tso, and boneless spare ribs. Each item was bad and had a tastes to it which I can not explain. We also had the dumplings which I think was the best thing in the meal.

The owner is nasty! My friend was working with door dash and she made her wait for 1/2 hour for the food for a delivery she was making. The owner shoved the bag at her and even another patron was in the restaurant and said "you like how nasty she is!!" My friend asked for the food once and sat patiently. I ordered food for myself 2 weeks later. The pictures on her website are not the actual pictures of the food you get. She shows a picture of the wonton soup with clear cellophane noodle wrapped. It was not. They were THICK pasta wontons and the meat is gross inside. I had to pick out of my mouth hard pieces. The egg roll was terrible. My husband threw his out. It was all dough! No veggies. The fried rice is yellow and not good.
