We had my mother's birthday dinner here. The staff was so accommodating to our party! The older kids loved having the arcade to go hang out away from the adults. Definitely recommend for a good time!

Piss poor so far. Tried calling since 820pm on St. Paddy's Day to order food. Staying in the hotel. Call the desk to question about food. The guy says he's covering for the normal girl she ran an errand , but yes, they are open. Finally, walk down to order at 840pm. Nope, we closed early. ok, well, this week I'll be eating elsewhere! Thank you. Girl was pleasant that spoke to me even went into back to double check, but kitchen closed around 8. ? Change your hours online and on your phone message.

Food was very good, it was super busy and we got lost in the mix of it. Forgot our drinks multiple times. Small stuff but it became noticeable, but again, it was busy. The atmosphere was super cool and the arcade was a lot of fun. Parking was difficult and we had to park pretty far away, also.Parking: Parking is shared with the hotel and it was super packed. We had to park pretty far away. It was a distance to the front entrance.

I rarely write a negative review, but this needs to be said. We had reservations for nine of us at a high top. I understand that can be a large party, but we had one menu at the table. I needed to go to the front desk and ask for more menus. Then we needed to go back up and ask for silverware. My $13 drink was served in a solo type clear disposable cup that did not fit the vibe at all. I asked two different servers who checked on us if I could have water, but they never came back with any. The people on my party would have definitely ordered more drinks, but the service was so spotty that we just gave up.

I recently had my baby shower in the Terrace Room and one of the selling points is that the room is so pretty, you really do not need much as far as decorating. I worked with Tyra and Mel throughout the planning process and they were both amazing to work with and helped answer any questions I had along the way. Day of, food and service was great. Guests have continuously complimented how much they loved the food, especially the chicken and waffles!
This hotel was very clean, a lot of amenities and restaurant.

Go here for fun outdoor dining...it's more of a bar vibe. So the host couldn't find my reservation from open table but we were able to eventually get a seat. Food was ok. Nothing memorable or to write home about but if I was hungry and in the area I'd stop by to grab a quick bite of basic to eat.

My wife and I enjoy going to Mainland on Fridays for the music for the ambience and for the food but especially for the service. We go there on Fridays because we want Christina as our server because she is energetic fun always smiling always happy and very courteous and Engaging. Thank you Christina. We look forward to seeing you again.

We like going here but they changed 2 high top tables that used to be wooden tables and chairs , now they are smaller and the chairs are the metal outdoor chairs, very uncomfortable and not large enough for adults to sit in we had to sit on the edge to fit in them as there were no other tables available, very disappointing for the prices
