How do you tell people to drive back around and go in back of the line behind a bunch of cars because your drive thru speaker did not pick up the order? That's your problem. When a customer gets to the window you make their damn order. Bad management and terrible clerk

Absolutely horrible!!! They never open when they say they are open. The workers are antisocial trolls that hate thier lives. This restaurant has convinced me never to eat at wendys ever again.
At most restaurants you can find the contact information of the owner or the manager. Not here. They make it obvious they dont want to hear from thier patrons.

Don’t DoorDash or get delivery from here. I’ve ordered from here many times before and they have forgotten things. Just got the meal of misfortune, 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, small fries and an extra 10 piece set of spicy nuggets.
I understand this is a lot of food but they clearly rushed this order. No sauces (which is whatever), no small fries and nuggets. If this was a one time thing I would be way more charitable but as said this has happened a lot here. Especially judging the others reviewers as well. If you still want to order wendy’s just do pickup or the drive through.

This restaurant consistently delivers poor quality. Food deliveries come ice cold. Most recently I place an order for french fries around the time lunch had just opened up, French fries and hamburgers were delivered ice cold, I would not be ordering from them again

Food is always hit or miss , always depends on who is working … and if you’re closing for renovations it would be nice to put a notice in advance, instead of abruptly closing .
