I understand Sundays at Shoprite are crazy busy. But I ordered my coffee on the mobile app giving plenty of time. I grabbed it & headed in to shop. The coffee was probably 1 of the most foul & disgusting cups of coffee I've had. It tasted like old, stail nasty dirty water. The vanilla & raspberry flavors seemed to have been forgotten & I went into Shoprite's bathroom & dumped it. Money wasted! No coffee & I'll never get another there again. I'll stop at the drive thru DD down the road before I shop.

Choclate glazed donuts are terrible at every location. New recipe makes them brown not black, little glaze, blah after taste.
Prices went up, so not visiting locations as often.

Ordered a matcha, the powder is overpowering enough to the point I didn’t realize but when I gave someone else a sip they said it was spoiled- called and the guy couldn’t care less and I had a terrible stomach ache from it after, bad people; bad drinks‼️

I had ordered a simple, simple, bacon, avocado toast, and a simple drink. My bread was not even toasted and the bacon you mean the one piece that was cut in the three and then thrown on there not even cooked no thank you not again

Awful. I’ve never left a bad yelp review. I do Grubhub on the side and it’s not great money just making extra cash to pay the bills. I arrived they told me I was at the wrong place the cashier literally didn’t know the address that was right in front of her face. I politely pointed out it was indeed the right address, she said they didn’t have the order. I told her I’d try to straighten it out with Grubhub, Grubhub called to make the order personally and they literally stared at me. I informed them it’s Grubhub and I’m willing to wait, they continued to rudely stare. Then the manager rudely asked me to leave. I was doing my job just like you guys, you have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
