Carlo’s cucina Italiana (former Frank’s Trattoria)

I ordered a calzone and asked for it to be freshly made, not taken from the display and reheated. I was given a calzone that was cut open on the bottom to add my requested filling and then reheated. The filling leaked out the bottom cut, all over the bag. In addition, it was not freshly made as promised and was burnt and dried out. Very disappointed.

Honestly my favorite pizza in the region. The crust is crunchy the cheese is melty the sauce is so good. The staff is also wonderfully helpful and cheerful and the environment is cozy and clean

This is an excellent place to eat. The atmosphere is nice, the place is clean, the people are friendly and the entrees and pizza are just great. What more could you want!!

We love the fact that it's a family based restaurant with kids running around. Customer service great. The pizza, another story - needed seasoning, plus it fell apart as we tried raising it towards our mouths, to the extent of needing fork and knife to manage eating it. One of the toppings was mushroom and fried onions, but the onions were barely sauteed - far from being fried.

Incredibly bland pizza, no flavor at all. They'll hang up on you when busy. Can't recommend. Won't be back.

Lunch veal parm and eggplant parm with delicious garlic bread were excellent and reasonably priced @ $13.50 and &11.50 respectively.

Absolutely loved this place the food was delicious fresh ingredients, great portions, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly the restaurant has such a nice atmosphere clean, comfortable, and welcoming you can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of what they serve I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Had an incredible experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere was cozy but still felt special, perfect for a night out. Everything from start to finish was spot on can’t wait to come back!

Ordered food for delivery and had to wait over 1hr for delivery. I could of went to dinner (without drinks) and spent the same amount and waited less. This is he 2nd time we ordered due to convince. I could be starving and will not order from here again. Food was cold, fries were soggy had to be one of the worse dinners I ever had. Definitely NOT a place to go!!

Best pizza I've ever had which says a lot since I drive over the road as a truck driver and have also worked in NYC for 20 years. A mind blowing selection to choose from at lunch, perfectly thin and crispy, high quality ingredients. Wow.

I ordered from Carlos' for the first time through DoorDash. I had the best Pasta Primavera in cream sauce ever!! The veggies were perfectly cooked. Not an onion or bell pepper, which I was grateful for. Broccoli, sliced carrots, peas and fresh mushrooms. Great portion too!
