I have never been to a McDonald’s that completely messes up my order every single time until this location! Every time I ask for something with no onions or tomatoes, they always make sure to leave them on there and still place the special order sticker on the box!! Sometimes the service is good but most of the time they are unfriendly, rude and quick to get you out of the way. Very often the fries aren’t even salted or cooked all the way through! And don’t even bother ordering a large bc it’s never actually a large! They used to be decent but have gone down hill drastically! I definitely don’t recommend going to this location!!!

Went thru the drive thru & had probably had 1 of the worst experiences w/a fast food chain. The young man at the 1st window literally threw my receipt at me then slammed the window shut. 2nd window had a different young man who practically threw my drink & bag at me w/o saying a word! I actually wanted to hand it back to him due to his demeanor, discusting dirty hands & nasty black nail polish chipped finger nails & disrespectful attitude! That McDonald's needs new managers & a new crew. Never going back & I threw out both my food & my drink so thanks for wasting my time & $ Byram NJ McNasty!

Gentlemen with the tattoos is guarding the sauces for his life They don't want to take your order and want you to use the kiosk but whats the point of the kiosk asking me how many sauses I want if you're only going to give me one or none? How am i supposed to know the kiosk isn't charging me for sauces? Literally every other McDonalds kiosk will charge you.. he really put in full effort to get my $1.07 for 2 sauces. Didn't know the sauces are coming out of his pocket, my my my.
