“We ate at Black Forest Inn tonight. We did not realize a reservation was needed tonight as we are not in area. We were still accommodated by a friendly staff, service was very efficient, quick with refill with drinks. I love the decor of the restaurant. The experience is great. Food is amazingly. We did make reservations to return Dec 13 for the German Christmas event.“

“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there last night. I requested to dine in one of their rooms. We were escorted to a small room where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Our waitress, Ava, was awesome. We were given a small complementary bottle of Processo which was so nice! We have been there many times before and never had a bad meal. The vintage decor there is fabolous! Highly recommended.“

“We had our small wedding at Andre's this past weekend, and I am still in awe of how fantastic the event was. Tracey is an all-star. From coordinating calls, decorating our table, marrying us, to keeping us on schedule. Andre had our whole group raving about how great the food was. From the appetizers to the cake, we really couldn't have asked for better. On top of it all, the location is STUNNING! The staff helping to serve us were so friendly and pleasant and together they all helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our life. I can't recommend Andre's enough, and we will certainly be returning for a meal!“

In fact, our table was last to receive each course of the meal, and it was just too slow. The bill for 4, with tip, was $650, which is too much to receive such poor service.“

“me & my boyfriend came in tonight, 9/16/25. we met my boyfriends dad for his birthday & the bartender was amazing! he definitely went above & beyond for us. they did the airplane shot for his birthday & gave him the beautiful hate to wear. the bartender joked with us while we were there & kept checking in on us throughout our dinner. I wish I got his name! he was absolutely amazing! Every time we come we have an amazing time but he definitely made it better! thank you for an amazing night!“

And the young owners are so sweet and attentive.( But I hope they get a louder phone so they can hear the incoming phone calls that may be customers wanting to order-they missed 3 or so. “Ordered the margarita pizza and it was horrible. Never had raw garlic on a pizza and the tomato was just clumped on and not even cut open. It was also burned and I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of 16. - never again“

“Tonight me and my fiancé ordered dinner from here. I got wonton soup because i wasn't that hungry and ended up eating the whole container. Hands down the BEST wonton soup I’ve ever had. I even called to compliment them, and i don’t think I’ve ever done that. It was that good. My fiancé also said he agrees it’s the best Chinese food he’s ever had.“

“Came for dinner with another couple. The tapas eggplant was delicious, light and flavorful. Just lovely. We had two burgers and two steaks. All delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful, however, there is a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Which normally would not be an issue but this evening four young women were “working” the older men sitting at the bar. It became clear as the evening progressed that this was going on. None of us could believe what was happening right next to our table!! As the targeted men left the bar the young women quickly moved on to their next victims. It was all very obvious and pretty repulsive. Such a shame to have this type of thing happening in a lovely restaurant. I would hope management will be alerted by the bartenders that their establishment has become prey for this type of behavior. Quite unsettling.“

“At Luigi’s they do it right. I don’t know if it is because they sell pizza by the slice but their crust is one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Even after a long ride in the car the crust had a crunchy outside texture with a perfect balance of chewy dough. The sauce had the perfect flavor and a balanced acidity with sweetness. Although I have not tried them, people who have had the sausage roles and the Stromboli swear by it. They are unfortunately 30+ miles from where we live but if we are in the neighborhood we definitely make a point of stopping by.“
