No one on this earth is a decent human being these days . Placed an order got (delivered) tot he wrong place and instead of taking it to the right place or remaking it he said I’ll refund you and get store credit on your next order. He hit me with the we are kinda busy and close in an hour, like what !?. Lazy bums

The pizza was good but I ordered a pepperoni chesy bread and not only did I get something else but most of it didn't even have cheese. I guess I'm glad I used a coupon but anyone can make a mistake and I'll give them a second chance.

Well, I have had a good experience buying here, I order and they deliver it before the rooster crows. The people who bring me the pizza are very friendly and if I go, what is in the store is happy. Not everyone has the same experience.

That was the most rude experience I’ve ever had . As I got to the store and held the door open for 3 drivers ( 2 out and 1 coming in ) they didn’t say anything at all …. Got asked what’s the name in the order as all the staff was loudly joking around with each other . They almost forgot the extra sauce I had payed for and not even a thank you for your order …. Next time I will definitely drive to the other Dominos across the river in Easton PA ….. Awful experience

59 minutes to deliver from the store to my house which is about 2 miles ...pizza and tots came cold and soggy and soda was warm. What a waste of money. I thought I would treat myself but got screwed over. People work hard for their money , they shouldn't waste it here.

I was a customer at this Dominos every once in a while. I usually just look the other way if they mess up my order but tonight I ordered a pizza with 2 ranch dipping cups. I get home, go to open the ranch and find congealed ranch at the tab. It was already open. Okay. Whatever. I have another one. I pick up the first slice and spot some kind of hair poking out from the cheese. Seems to be some kind of pet hair? Cat maybe? I am pissed because I don't want to waste the 20 bucks for this sub-par pizza, so I try to look past it and take a different slice from the other side. I eat that one and pick up another slice. Another hair on the crust. I'm totally turned off now. I simmer for 15 minutes and call the store. The guy apologized and offered to make me another pizza. I said no way and told them if someone has a pet they should either be coming to work in a clean uniform or not handling the food. No refund. Do better please. I won't be eating at this place again.

Ordered one pizza Xtra cheese no toppings over phone. Went to pick up and sign posted said large pizza 3 toppings for $9.99. I was charged $19.99. When I asked employee why so much when sign said $9.99, he said he didn't know. I asked for manager..not in. Asked when they would be in, employee didn't know. Asked managers name...employee didn't know. Tried calling numerous times over the next month...no answer. Went in and asked why no one answers the phone any more and was advised they only do website orders and in person orders and no longer answer the phone. Manager still not in and this employee also didn't know his or her name. Made a complaint online to Dominos. This was about a year ago. Haven't heard a thing back from them.

IDK why there are so many low ratings. We've never had a problem with this Domino's. They are friendly and have fast service whether we pick up or have it delivered. Never had a bad encounter in this place and my son loves the no-contact delivery option.
