We have had good experiences here but the guy who took care of us today was absolutely a mess. First we see my coffee leaking out all over the place as he shakes it, he then proceeds to wipe the top of the cup with crumpled up napkins, while wearing NO gloves. And anything that got on his hands along the way he was wiping on his stomach. He finally hands us the drink and it was made wrong, i needed almond milk , he made it with regular. He hesitantly takes it back to remake it. All while he gets our other drink and food bag together, he begins hacking up a lung ALL OVER both the cup and the bag. Again, no gloves, not covering his mouth, just split flying all over. We pulled away and my boyfriend would not even touch anything, had to throw it all out. Absolutely foul and so unsanitary!!!

The girl at checkout would not release our order due to a .02 cent amount due. Our bad, we had no spare change on hand. Dunkin offered no “take a penny”. Register girl had to make change from a $20 bill (which took forever). Then handed us the wrong order which we were overcharged for. The register girl had no idea how to refund the difference and also could not do the math to figure out the difference; which was $.28 cents. Snarky service, from someone who should not be running a register. We left without getting our .28 cents back even though we were held up for .02 cents. Dunkin should do better.
Never open even when their hours say they're open.
Went there earlier today and was incredibly disappointed to say the least. There were about 3 cars that were ahead of me and it took around 15 minutes or more for me to even place my order. When I finally got to do that I was asked multiple times what I wanted before responding and when I had the guy told me to wait a minute and then I assume he walked away because it was silent for a few minutes. After that when I finally got to the window to pay it looked like there were only two people that were actually working in the store which seems kind of odd since it was around the time these places typically are the busiest. The guy took my payment and gave me the food fast but both things I ordered were messed up. I don’t know if something has changed in this store recently but until 3-4 weeks ago I had no issues when coming here and would go every weekend on my way to work.

They let the manager go who ran it great and treated the customer very nice and always got the orders right. Now everything is like every other DD a person that can’t get your order right and barley speaks English on the head set and a incompetent staff as back up
I am beyond disgusted, I ordered normal iced coffee with cold foam. The guy that made my iced coffee did the cold foam and it went everywhere. All over the counter, my cup, through the lid, just everywhere. So the guy grabs ONE napkin to wipe the lip off my cup but then realizes it’s still foaming out, while holding my cup he (MULTIPLE TIMES) swipes the side of my cup with his fingers and licked them and KEPT WIPING AND LICKING. As he’s handing me the cup with no napkins he’s holding the cup to his mouth while licking his fingers. Then handed me a beyond sticky cup still foaming down the side and no napkins for me to try and salvage this mess. Maybe he thought I’d use my fingers and lick as well. (Sorry buddy, I’m only exchanging spit with my husband) We live right near this dunkin so over the years we’ve learned which days which workers work and have only gone on the mornings when those specific people work. Heather is the name of a woman that works there that we knew no matter who else was working the coffee would be the absolute best. We haven’t seen her there in a couple of days so I’m hoping she’s on vacation and will return soon!! There is another woman I think her name is Melissa, she works with Heather a lot and is also great! We avoid any shift without Heather or Melissa because its just HORRIBLE. I won’t even talk about the quality of food because we won’t be going back until Heather comes back. I’ll be sure to let locals know of my experience as well. So unsanitary and truly disgusting.

Web site says Open at 5am, Big Joke, sometimes not open yet at 6am! Food is baked elsewhere and brought in 3x's a week is why the Bagels and Donuts are stale at times. Service is usually good however, Mon-Fri gang is good!

The young gentleman made my coffee had his bare hands on the mop handle. I called him out, he tried tell me they clean the mop handle. He made me another coffee before he made it he showed me he had on gloves. I will not be going back there again. No need to give me an attitude when yoy get called out on your unsanitary practice.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost on a daily basis, mainly in the mornings . Heather , Melissa and Jess are always so kind n friendly, hard working ladies and always make my order perfect ! I have worked in fast food in the past and it is always pleasant to get a nice, kind person . Thanks ladies !
