My husband and I have always had a great experience at Rita’s! The staff is incredibly friendly and does such a fantastic job. The service is quick, and they always make sure everything is perfect. The treats are always fresh and delicious—whether it’s Italian ice, frozen custard, or a blend of both! I highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat and great service!

Me and my partner came here last night after doing some shopping. The employee at the register was having a conversation about hooking up with their friend who was standing outside the Rita’s so I had to wait a couple minutes until I can start ordering. All good, I just thought they would be doing that on their own time. The custard flavors we were looking for ended up not being available and only 4 flavors were available. Okay that’s fine. So I ordered a pumpkin and chocolate flavor. As I got back on the car I realized they gave me a vanilla instead of pumpkin spice. Other employees are just standing there texting on they're phones. Such a weird bad experience.

This Ritas is a hit or miss. Sometimes the line is long some days the line is short. Somedays the service is fast and another day service is slow. Most days, they run out or do not have Swedish Fish or Sour Patch or even random ice cream flavors.
