We ordered a margherita pie and a mushroom truffle pie. My kids, ages 7, 9, and 11, housed the margherita in no time. They loved it. They each had a slice of the mushroom truffle and loved that too. I ate the balance of the mushroom truffle and loved it. Great crust. Thin. The slice holds up when you pick it up. Has a great chew. Brandon is balancing the toppings and sauce really well. There’s not an overwhelming amount of anything. Very fresh. So good.
Brandon, the owner and piazziolo is super friendly as is his employee. Great small business. Awesome people making great pizza. We will definitely be back when we’re in New Hope.
They also sell great books about making pizza. If you’re an at home piazziolo wanna be like me you can go far with any of the books they have for sale. They had three titles when I went. I already owned two of them and I bought the third and am excited to read it.

I tried a special with plantains and bacon, and it was unique and absolutely delicious. Great place if you want pizza that goes beyond the ordinary! Can't wait to take my family back.

What a great little pizza shop. Came here twice now and both of the pizzas were excellent. Never have to wait long for the pies to be done and it's super fresh and cooked perfectly. Not too much char which is great.
Got the arugala pizza and on my 2nd visit got the margherita with extra cheese. Really delicious, definitely looking forward to trying their other pizzas. The staff is super nice as well.
