Always always always wrong. They barely know English. No matter what you say they act confused. I work as a barista at a different coffee shop. so believe me I know how it is but everytime they act confused and give half the order. Always a disaster. What’s going on? It’s not like there’s huge lines when me and my friend go either so they’re not terribly busy. We said both names for our mobile orders, they give us one. Then when told the other order name at window they act all confused and try to ring my friend up for an order to PAY. This isn’t the first time either. Fix this location and atleast have them know enough English to serve people!!!! Where I work I work with Indians as well but they know enough English to properly work. If they don’t know Enough at the LEAST put them on food or drink away from customer interaction. Love the food, love the company. The service here? A bloody nightmare.

Got given a bagel with cream cheese instead of butter this is like the third time this has happened do not use the drive thru they cannot get orders right. I work a 12 hour shift and can't simply go back to get another one

First time at Tim Hortons and let's just say I get it! Finding really good unsweetened iced tea with lemons is next to impossible since Dunkin did me dirty and stopped carrying lemons. Who the heck drinks iced tea plain!? Well, Tim had lemons and their iced tea was so good. I wish they had more Tims in South Jersey.

Being a huge Dunkin fan I had to try a rival I had this a try and love the cold brew and hot coffee. The donut selection is off the chain greatness 10/10
Went to try them and was treated disrespectfully other people that placed their order with an app got serviced while I stood there watching them walking behind me and get serviced first I walked out still never getting the chance to try them
