Same experience as reviewer below. No Mac and cheese sides, no salads, chicken had no skin and was mostly bone. Extremely disappointed. Also the counter that displays the food looked unsanitary and food was floating in the water. Health inspector should make a visit here. This place has really gone downhill.

I used to LOVE coming here. The food used to be fantastic. Since some of the main/regular workers have left, it's gone way downhill. Especially since last year. I keep randomly trying, hoping they get their act together, but yesterday was my last trip there. The time I went there's usually a line of people to the door. There was no one...except one couple sitting in the dining area. What they had in the display didn't look appealing. The sweet potato casserole was dried out as well as the mac and cheese (which I rarely get anyway) The potatoes and corn were full so I THOUGHT they were fresh. Until I got home to find the mashed potatoes ran off my spoon like soup. The corn? Ice cold. Chicken? Dry and rubbery. The icing on the cake (literally) was the chocolate cake which used to be incredibly moist and full of flavor. Instead it was dry, dense and was inedible. I don't know if all the locations are like this but... I'm pretty much done with this one. And I've been coming here for years...since it opened at this location. Such a disappointment. I've seen other posts mention calling the health department. That wont do anything unless they shut it down. They need employees who care, like the old staff. This place has been a revolving door for the last 2 years. And the parking lot is one giant pothole. It's only a matter of time before someone sues them for a trip and fall.Parking: The parking lot is always empty and one giant pothole. It's such a shame.

This place is absolutely dreadful. The food is horrible. It’s not even hot. I don’t know who is teaching these people how to cook, but it is definitely not the Boston Market standard.

Food was so bad it can not be easy described.Mac&cheese was overcooked, watery ,Gravy in this place is just a broth,Not many choices for the sides ( missing green beans , backed red potatoes and many more) the choices were only: watery mashed potatoes, overcooked mac&cheese , stuffing, sweet potato casseroleI used to love this place ( been here few years back many times) not sure what is going on but it is BAD now.In addition the women bathroom was clogged.

I used to love that place , but the food went down the hill. Only 4 sides and all bad testing, It was a great place few years ago. Very disappointed

Keep away! Nasty place. No choices for sides, All looks old and dry. This place needs to be shot down due and heath department should step in

awful!!! i ordered a chicken pot pie online. put in my phone number, yet they waited until I got there to tell me i couldn’t get that because they were “out of stock”. when i tried to get the nashville hot chicken sandwhich instead, he said “no. only a piece of chicken and side will be acceptable.” are you joking??????? then tells me to call next time because their menu is different then the one online. i am utterly confused. that is not good service even one bit. how is that even possible? i shouldn’t have been able to order it if they don’t have it. never again. awful service, awful food.

I've lived in this area for about 5 years. Every 6 months we come in hopes that this place has gotten it together. They never do. They don't close for three hours, but have barely anything on their menu available.

Ordered our family meal online and went to pick 4 sides. All the sides we wanted were available (or so we thought ?). Placed the order and went to pick up only to find out they had no stuffing and no sweet potato casserole ( which we paid extra for) was not available. The store salesperson was nice and I ended up just getting 2 other sides. What I'm upset about is if it is not available in store it should be taken off online or put as sold out.

Do not go to this Boston Market location.Their food quality is pure trash, the mashed potatoes tasted like plastic...literally, the Mac and cheese tasted plain, the cheese fell all to the bottom and wasn't even yellow, they didn't have any ketchup.Would never ever go back here again, it's to bad Yelp doesn't have negative stars!

This place had almost nothing in stock. Almost no sides. The mashed potatoes were not real... it was boxed mashed potatoes. Super disgusting! I was not given any gravy... I had to literally beg for gravy and the poor guy didn't even have gravy containers. They had one soda size available... the kid cup sizes. Asked if I could get a refill on it because this place is so cheap the soda fountain is behind the register. The employee says... refill is free but only for you. Three dollars for a kid size soda cup. Holy god.. what an embarrassment. The poor employee stated they haven't gotten supplies in over a month and the poor manager has to get things from restaurant depot. Yes... your eating restaurant depot food! Not food from Boston Market.. amazing isn't it? Never... ever going to waste my money coming here again and I suggest others do the same.

My family used to love Boston Market, but after our experience tonight we won’t be going back. I went in to pickup our online order & the worker told me there was no stuffing. She said it’d take 20 minutes to make, I told her I was willing to wait since three people in my family wanted it, & she didn’t seem happy with my response. Instead, my family chose different sides, which was mac & cheese. I used to love the mac & cheese from Boston Market, but it tasted disgusting! It was dry & bland. Something about it didn’t taste right. After reading a review on here that a whole family got food poisoning from Boston Market we all lost our appetites. The market bowls were in different containers & seemed to be smaller portions. I understand that people make mistakes, but as I was grabbing the bags for my order the girl told me she may have put gravy on the wrong bowl. Instead of making a new one I was pretty much forced to take the one she made. For a family of five it was almost $70 and honestly, none of the food was good. We won’t be going back to the Succasunna location after the terrible service & food. Hopefully other locations are better.

Ugh... mashed potatoes were not what they used to serve. The ones I got tonight were tasteless and felt like dried paste. The Mac n cheese was crusty so I skipped getting it. The straw for my fountain beverage was not in a wrapper and was plastic (health code violation and nj plastic ban violation). I also received my to go order in an unbranded plastic bag (another nj plastic ban violation). There were still christmas decorations on the catering display table (its Feb 24).I'm not going back. It's not worth the money considering they don't care and the food is awful now.
