I have not been there in years. They use to have magnificent twice cooked pork. This is a specialty meal that usually has fine tender thin slvers of a special cut of meat. This was pork loin slabs this time. Not bad but not true double sautéed pork. That was disappointing. Also the egg roll quality was distinctively lower. Clearly changed suppliers. Also disappointing. The other meals were all chicken based and just fine. Service was fine too.

We get the same server every time and they are fantastic. Remembers the order without writing it down and very good about meeting the various needs of our dining party. Food is delicious and made quickly, which is good when you have hungry kids with you. Servers are great at giving recommendations and very personable.

I never used to have an issue with food here, my husband and I ordered something for pick up yesterday evening. The chicken was really spongey and chewy in a bad way, the egg roll smelled like rotten eggs, and it gave me the worst stomach ache or potential food poisoning ever as of this morning. I don’t know what happened, but this is not the Lung Yung I remember ):

I am forever looking for an all around great Chinese restaurant in NW New Jersey, they all seem to have one or two great things on the menu but not the whole menu. I had boneless spareribs, Singapore Mi Fun, Egg Roll , Wonton soup. The food was very fresh. Singapore MiFun and boneless spareribs were very good lots of flavor. The egg roll was so-so same with the Wonton soup. Staff were super nice. Food was ready on time and hot.

We live in hopatcong, this place is best Chinese in Sussex county in my belief. I have a very hard time with food. I had a gastric bypass many years ago I'm very particular. There food is so tasty. I always feel energized after there fresh sushi and there veggies are so well cooked I can enjoy the flavor and get that punch of energy I need I am not getting from other places. I really suggest the crazy lobster roll I love it hot when fresh but I eat it next day straight from fridge, I love the chicken broccoli combo we substitute the shrimp in our fried rice my husband lovessss the crab Rangoon and general toas chicken. Thank you for always such a great experience. Plan on always coming here.
