Don’t know why I had never been here before now but it is great! Had the Lemon Zest Ricotta Berry pancakes and oh my gosh, beyond delicious! The blueberries were super sweet! Service was excellent! Can’t wait to come back again, who knows maybe illl be back on Sunday!

This is one of the best brunch spots around! As locals we wait patiently for a table mid summer, but enjoy those slower morning at the end of season. Best lattes, fresh, real orange juice, and the homemade cinnamon buns are scrumptious.

On a busy Labor Day weekend, I expect a longer than usual wait time. My wife, myself, and my two children walked into the front door for the first time, excited for breakfast, and we were immediately greeted by a seemingly frustrated man with a tablet. It was the most unwelcoming experience I’ve ever had. We could not have been more pleasant and excited to eat there. Very willing to wait. We ultimately decided not to wait just because of the way we were greeted. Lifetime, year round local, will never eat here again or refer this place to anyone. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, this one felt personal

As a brunch restaurant owner myself , i will Tell You i visit Lbi alot. I eat at scojos everyday I am there. They are top notch. Do it right. Food is fabulous, atmosphere and new addition are spot on. And the service is amazing. Job well done scojos. Xo

Drove all the way out here people were sitting outside, but we were told we cannot sit outside. They were too short staffed supposedly yet there is about five tables. Could care less about customer service walked right back out
