My dad called today at 2:15pm to place an order and asked if they could please bring to his car because he's handicapped. An older woman waved him in when it was ready) WITH AN ATTITUDE (proving they knew where he was parked & knew he called... (I saw dashcam and heard conversations!). He then called and asked if they could please bring it out and the young lady said "Sure" but was overridden with "NO, HE NEEDS TO COME IN!" by the older woman. It wasn't busy, (1 other customer) and he was literally parked 5' from the door. fyi... You lost that order, a $7 tip, his future business, my families business and hopefully any handicapped person. I'll post pics/video of her negative attitude tomorrow.

My niece went in the other day to buy me a wrap and there was hair inside of it. When she called Clovebrook, Rich the owner was very disrespectful. He told her that he should’ve charged her more and she wasn’t charged the full price as if that’s an excuse for the hair being in the wrap ?? She also got a half bitten cookie, absolutely disgusting !! I will never order from here ever again. They’re very unprofessional and rude.

I don’t even know where to begin because there are just so many wonderful things to say. Clove Brook Market was nothing short of amazing. They catered for our wedding, and they made it such a good experience. From the first phone call to the day of, they made the experience personal, and they were professional. We were not able to taste the food prior to the wedding because we lived a far way away but let me tell you - the food was absolutely delicious! It is months later, and I am still thinking about their stuffed mushrooms! The staff was so kind and professional, even when dinner was completely derailed, they were awesome! Kim was so sweet, and she even packed us (the bride and groom) some food to take home which was so appreciated! Needless to say, I very much enjoyed my lunch the next day! We have nothing but positive things to say about Clove Brook. They exceeded all expectations. Would recommend them to anyone and if we ever host another event, I will certainly be booking them again!

The best bakery in Sussex, IMHO! Along with the baked goods, which are fabulous, they have sandwiches and meals to go for dinner. The variety of bakery items is insane! Don't miss the brownie or the black-and-white cookies! And the people who work here are so sweet and so efficient. A don't-miss for Sussex County people, and those passing through.
