Went for a beautiful farm to table meal. The menu was absolutely amazing. the ambiance was exceptional, the staff was inviting, and the food was impeccable. Warm and comfortable evening in the barn for an early Thanksgiving themed dinner. Started with a warm apple cider from their apple harvest at the farm. Followed by the most elegant little stuffed potato....then we had a winter salad that was out of this world with roasted beets and an urged Buttermilk Dressing OMG..very bright Salad with the harvested beets of the season were the perfect bite to the salad. The consommè of Turkey was next. If you could only smell the soup, the amount of turkey flavor that had stewed in this broth was absolutely amazing. The smell with the taste and then breaking down the turkey confit into the broth......again ? ?. The main course was a Turkey Ballotine, which was tender and flavorful, just enough to keep you wanting more, yet full. The dessert to follow, was a cranberry curd tart. This was suddle but tart with a Vanille Bean Crème Chantilly sweetness added to it. The chef was absolutely ? ? ?, he came out for each meal and explained them. All the food was raised and grown on the premises. The night was extraordinary and I cannot wait to go back. This should be a staple night for each season and the transition of seasons. Hands down to The Farm @ Glenwood Mountain, we can't wait to come back. If we ever do have a wedding, I want it to be here, I have heard that this is a fantastic place to host events. Enjoy a great evening with great people!

I was there for a wedding and the venue is very well done. Just about everything at the wedding came from the farm. There was a chill in the air, but the patio had heaters and the barn was comfortably heated. Rustic look but had the amenities guest would like. The men's restroom was in a a trailer outside the barn, but if the location of the men's restroom is the only negative, it's a great space.
Nice view friendly service

This place is amazing. We go to the shop pretty often but ate dinner here last week and it was 10/10. Great experience, food and staff!
Attended a wedding at this venue. Location isn’t well equipped to have a pleasant experience for guests. The bathroom is a trailer outside that is cramped, cold and unsteady; not a spot for number 2. There is additional two bathrooms indoors for females but it’ll overflow with constant use; the staff acted like this was routine when they shut it down.
This isn’t handicap accessible due to the gravel and stairs so keep your guests in mind that will have an issue traveling the grounds.
Event was outside inside a tent that was cold and uncomfortable. The indoor reception was tight and really now place to sit down, again keep those in mind that can’t stand for long periods of time.
It’s a lovely area with view of the animals, but if this is your only reason step back and look at the whole picture because your guests will resent you for the ordeal.

Farm-fresh food, great chef, great atmosphere
Some of the best food I’ve ever had. The chef addressed his guests to tell us a little about the farm and the ingredients after each course, and it made the entire experience really feel special. The farm is beautiful and obviously well cared for. Highly recommend this incredible farm to table dining experience!

Everything about this place is perfection. The food, the market, the staff... You can tell they really care for their animals too! You will NEVER be disappointed at a farm to table dinner. Hands down best meals I ever had.
My sister got married here recently and it was the most beautiful wedding in the world. Her bouquet was literally picked that morning from the grounds and they were just absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious, everyone was raving about it all night! The staff was AMAZING. I dealt mostly with Stacy, Erica and Candace, but everyone there was fantastic and so pleasant. You can tell they love their jobs! I love this farm and can't wait to visit again soon!

Save your money, $128.00 per person for just food. Did not post what they were serving. The chef came out and said that he knows not everyone likes pork belly. Well it was just a chunk of fat!!! Could not eat it! Don’t waste your money. If they posted what they were serving, would not have gone. Very pricey for what you get!
Rooms: I stayed at milk suit. What a beautiful place w details.
Nearby activities: Trail entrance right next to the farm connects to all the way from Applalachian trail boardwalk to stairway to heaven. pleasant, easy hiking trails. Don’t miss out.
Food & drinks: The farm dinner experience on Friday evening was exquisite. Hope they improve Entree potion though, (was too small for a hungry little woman) and too long waits in between meals.
Noteworthy details: The farm market has amazing fresh products.

If we could give zero stars, we would. Do not trust this place to handle your wedding! We sent an inquiry via email about very specific dates for a very intimate wedding and they responded, “we do have dates available for all of 2024.” We scheduled the tour and when we were getting ready to put a deposit down, we were told none of the dates we asked about are available. They said they might be able to make our preferred date work but they already have three weddings that weekend. During the tour, we discussed pricing for plated dinners and the fee to use their property. We also inquired about the “Special Venue Fee” and Stacey nearly stumbled over her words and was not willing to entertain our question any further. From their website: “Getting married in 2024? Asks us about our "Special Venue Fee" with a signed contract during your tour. Transparent pricing with great flexibility to craft your perfect wedding day.” They are not transparent about one single thing. They lie to you to get you on their property.
Stacey never got back to us when she said she would. We had to follow-up with her and when we did, they gave us some astronomical quote explaining they can make our preferred date available but they have minimums (which is nowhere on their website and Stacey never explained that to us during our tour when she knew we were looking at about 30 guests). The plated dinner rate of $170 that she told us during our tour went up to $275. She never told us there’s a separate ceremony fee the day of our tour. It’s clear as day they wanted us to be the ones to say no instead of being respectable and letting us know they can’t do a fourth wedding that weekend. If they weren’t interested in an intimate wedding, they could have responded letting us know they have a minimum requirement instead of playing games.

The Farm is such a special place. My wife and I were going to get married in Tuscany, Italy, but our plans were curtailed, and we thought we would never find a place to replicate what we were going for. Then we met Steve and Candice and their wonderful family. Before even trying Steve's truly farm-to-table specialty, we were blown away by the immaculate landscape, animals, and love put into the regenerated farm. The cuisine is out of this world and Steve is a true master in the kitchen. Candice, with her green thumb and the flowers she grows at the farm that complement a perfect setting, make them a powerhouse couple! My wife and I are huge foodies, and this was at the top of our list of must-haves. Aside from an amazing day, they also have farmhouse accommodations that can sleep full families. One of the homes has a pool which is amazing, and butts up to the Appalachian Trail. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend escape or the most magical wedding in New Jersey.

A stunning location, with equally fantastic food. A true farm to table gem set in the picture perfect landscape of Vernon Valley. We’ve had many farm dinners here, and each time, the chef wows us in unexpected ways! Tonight we had a beautiful raw radish with wild ramp butter and a soft scrambled farm egg as an amuse buche. The appetizer was their spectacular charcuterie board with homemade fresh from the farm whipped ricotta and pickled veg-not to mention the perfectly cured meat. The salad course was fresh and delicious with Parmesan cheese and crispy pancetta. Our entree was roasted chicken (a French breed) with a chicken Demi, whipped parsnip purée and perfect baby carrots. For desert-a strawberry trifle that just tasted of springtime! It’s a perfect way to spend an evening in a working farm-and to marvel at the bounty it offers! Will definitely return!
