Worked in maintenance here for a bit, so I've seen all the ins and outs of this building.Management is awful all around.Bruce, the director, is a former safety person who's absolutely clueless as to how run the bakery. Legitimately doesn't understand any of the equipment or how the bakery functions on a day to day basis. He's there collecting a check, that's it.Bakery is constantly losing contracts with companies, barely passing health inspections, and is SUPER unsanitary.The majority of the office workers ( HR, directors, etc ) were all promoted from within the bakery and genuinely have NO experience at their positions. Avoid this place at all costs if you're looking for a decent job.

I found the people who worked at shipping and receiving to be very nice friendly and professional. They also have nice facilities for drivers. I got in and out very quickly.
