Order happy meal, no fries. Ordered unsweet tea, get sweet. Nothing is ever right. And I don’t even come here that often. How hard is it to get 1 thing right?

I waited 25 minutes in store for a smoothie. They said they couldn’t find my order and refused to fill it until I showed them the charge in my credit card app. I waited another 10 minutes for them to make the smoothie. They said they would upgrade me to a large for the inconvenience and and then only filled the cup 3/4 of the way. They also forgot the whip cream and I was not about to wait another 10 minutes for them to add it. The smoothie was not blended and full of ice chunks. There was also a cup of strawberry banana smoothie sitting out for the entire time I waited and I’m pretty sure they just reblended that and gave it to me. Literally had to throw the smoothie out and should have asked for a refund. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes to try and get someone’s attention.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces, but the neighboring Dunkin that shares an entryway gets backed up at the drive-thru in the morning, causing some congestion when trying to exit the parking lot.

Lately everytime I've came here I've been told to park in the curbside parking where I will sit for at least 15-20 minutes just to make their drive thru counts look better. I've had to go in just to get my food because they "forgot". Should not have to wait 15 minutes for a $5 deal or have to go in when going through the drive thru!!

Its always a delay at this location. Even when the store isn't busy. The most unprofessional employees and managers i have ever witnessed. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich while they cleared the 6 cars behind me. Next time im refusing to move. If i gotta wait everybody has to wait

Believe the recent reviews folks. This location is a shining example of a poorly run restaurant. They should rename the drive thru the PARK THRU because as soon as you go to the pick up window they direct you to a parking spot.
If you’re thinking about ordering Door Dash hoping to avoid trouble forget about it. Orders are ALWAYS missing items. It’s not the DoorDash driver’s fault it’s the geniuses at the restaurant forgetting to put things in the bag.

I came to this place on 10/21/2024 at 0801 AM, I want to stated the time so at least the owner can know who is working that time. Terrible lady who taken the order via drive thru who is not patient and not respect customer. I wish to know her name so I want to tell her to go back to school and learn how to respect and communicate to others. The guy at the window gave a wrong drink and did not know how to say sorry but giving an attitude. My order total paid $32 with 3 sandwiches and they gave only 2. I called back and he said we have to come back. They can’t refund. I never experience such a terrible services like this. Come on guys, do not discriminate customers who speaking different languages.
I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Waiting 15+ minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and fries in the drive-thru is CRAZY. oh and I didn't even get double cheeseburgers, just 2 single cheeseburgers instead. The service - TRASH. They rather have their own conversations and argue with you about getting your food instead of just doing their job and having orders correct and ready as they should be. Revamp the whole team!

Horrible they flipped our fries upside down in the bag and the whole bag was filled with fries. And the worker who was at the first window wasn’t even there for 10 minutes very unprofessional behavior.

Lobby is supposed to close @ 11 but they locking the doors before 10:30. Causing the drive thru to be absolutely packed. You’ll sit at the speaker forever with no cars in front of you.
