I was on an instacart order and was very hungry. Stopped in and got a 2 for $3 English muffin sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I opened mine to find a very burnt piece of what I was guessing to be sausage. The egg was overcooked, and the cheese....well....what there was of the cheese left. I took it back, told them it was burnt and they wanted me to pull ahead some. Well we are outside waiting for over 5 minutes, finally as I got my notification to get to the store 3 minutes later she walks out. I open it, check it over, it's not burnt so I start eating it and it turns out they screwed it up again. Instead of English muffin it was on a biscuit 🤢 so I have to eat it or risk losing my batch I was headed to shop. So I ate it and sucked up the fact they screwed up twice. I don't think I'll be back to this location.

Order a chicken sandwich I was like a hockey puck….dry, no meat…this place should close

Drive through African lady was rude when ordering food when I got my change back she raised her hands high drops my change on ground never experienced something like this when I asked for manger she respond I just got here got it all video !
I've never seen a burger so small in my entire life. Let alone with patties that don't even measure 1/8 inches. This is literally BS. I door dashed and I am canceling payment. Never again!
