Pop open a can of Wendy's chili from the store and enjoy it, just as good,and hot. This place needs a Hardee's, and a Whattaburger, fast food options are way too limited. Wawa has great hot food and Chili, also, very high standards of food safety, everything is temperature checked and discarded after a period of time, using a good system. In the 80's I remember Wendy's being top of the line, maybe it's just certain areas. The Applebee's in Swedesboro is owned by the same company that owns that Wendy's. This company, can't remember the name owns hundreds of restaurants around the world. From fast food, to high end dining. Ever since the founder of Wendy's died, Dave Thomas, it's been on a downslope. The corporate Wendy's are better, but the franchises are sinking.

Why on earth would u dare serve a customer cold chilli… would u eat cold chilli? Don’t answer that…
Instead of me driving almost two miles back there because I’m on break at work I thought I’d just suck it up and heat it up in my job’s microwave…
Guys if we CUSTOMERS are BUYING food with out HARD EARNED money can you please keep it fresh??

I pulled up thinking I was about to destroy a spicy chicken sandwich. Instead, I got to witness the documentary “Waiting: The Never-Ending Story.”
By the time they handed me my order, I had bonded with the car in front of me, reconsidered my life choices, and saw a whole new season of weather.
And the food? BRO. My nuggets were so cold I checked the bag to make sure they weren’t the frozen ones you cook at home. The burger was colder than a good morning text from someone who doesn’t like you. The fries? They crunched like LEGOs.

The food is always cold and the drinks never taste right I am surprised I actually got the right food this time The tables are filthy like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. The franchisee should be embarrassed. People should stop going here and let it shut down
Ask to swap my fries for bacon fries and told me straight from the manager no. That she is not allowed to do that. check who on the clock she making you lose customers at night

Ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Waited 20+ mins. Cars were leaving the line. I couldn't because I already paid. No explanations. Service sucked and fries were cold.

DONT GO HERE. Every single time I have ordered from here for the past 4 years they have given me the wrong order repeatedly. They are all incredibly rude and do not care about treating their customers with decency.

Went inside with my son. There was 2 people in front of me. 1 guy was waiting for his order, the other guy was waiting for his order. Waited 15 minutes just for the guy in front of me to order. My son was getting very impatient. 30 minutes after that guy, I ordered! While waiting for my food many people came in line. 1 guy who ordered after me got his food before I did. Took another 25 minutes to recieve my order! Son was freaking out saying he's hungry and I was very frustrated! Takes were disgusting. People from drive threw kept coming in saying their order was wrong or messed up. It was very dirty in there and smelled. I promised my son a frosty if he ate all his food. He did eat it all and I was not waiting in that line again. Seems like the drive threw gets served faster. So we went threw drive threw. Waited another 30 minutes until my turn! Got our frosty and they were absolutely disgusting!!! My son wouldn't even eat his oreo frosty! I got the caramel one and the stuff on top, ruined it! We were there a total of 2 hours!!! Will never go there again! They seemed very messy and all over the place! The manager (im assuming) was doing all the jobs at once and kept telling the other 2 employees that were there, how to do their job. Seems understaffed and a toxic work environment. I never leave reviews! But this rubbed me the wrong way. I never take my son to fast food! Fake food and terrible service! Only went cause I promised my son if he behaved lol lesson learned- stick with my regular path and never go to fast food! P.s. my son had massive diarrhea after eating chicken nugget happy meal! Smdh hire new employees! It's a shame people don't want to work now days!
