Exceptional date night. This was my third time here. The first two times were when they were recently opened. I am thinking they needed to work out kinks, and boy have they! We started with cocktails at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready. I got the vanilla old fashion-delicious!!! My husband got a Beefeater gin and tonic. Appetizer was a salad special, arugula with grilled peaches and burrata. Fantastic! Dinner for me was ribeye medium rare, cooked to perfection...

Another excellent meal at Steak 38! We really enjoy this place! If you like a more casual atmosphere you can sit at the bar. You can order the dinner menu there as well as the happy hour menu. Tonight we enjoyed an excellent dinner in the dining room. I had the ribeye and it was done to perfection!! Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their steaks. The filet is also amazingly tender! Nolan was polite, pleasant, and very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks with our Shrimp Cocktail and the best Scallops wrapped in Bacon that we've ever had. Also loved the Wedge Salad and Goat Cheese Salad served with complimentary bread loaf. We definitely will return soon to try their Prime Rib and Surf & Turf dinners next time. And get Nolan again.
