Upper Crust Pizza & Italian Restaurant

We have all had Pizza deliveries from various places and occasionally, it will take to long to receive OR not be what you ordered OR not be as hot/warm as it should be. Last night we received a text after ordering from THEIR website that it would take 30-45 minutes. It was delivered in 62 minutes, the wrong topping and cool (probably sat on the front seat with AC blasting on it). When I called and asked to speak to the manager or owner to let them know, it was answered by an individual who REFUSED to pass me to them or identify whether or not he was in charge, then explained all the reasons I was at fault because it's typically 45-60 minutes (their website & text said 30-45!), the fact that I chose one of two items but I did not specify in comments which I wanted (they have two options and I checked one but got the other!) And it was the first time in my life I received a COLD pizza. All the while the ignorant employee I spoke to never once apologized or suggested anything but my fault or business as usual. In case ANYONE is wondering if I'm exaggerating, I have the recording of the call. Needless to say, I will make my family, friends, neighbors & co-workers in the area aware of this TERRIBLE customer service!

My husband and I ate dinner at Upper Crust for dining in. We ordered a cheesesteak and cranberry, chicken, walnut wrap with fries. Both were really good, and portions were large. Our waiter was attentive and nice. We will go back again.

Good pizza! We really liked the crust on our pizza! Will stop in again when we're in the area.

I didn’t think bad pizza existed until I went here today. The slices I ordered were almost inedible and just tasted like flavorless fat. It’s such a shame because this was somewhere I really enjoyed getting pizza from when I was a child, and I had fond memories of this place 20+ years ago. It was really sad. I would have asked for a refund but the people working there just seemed so pissed off in general so I didn’t want to add any fuel to their fire.

Also, pro tip: be wary of the garlic powder shaker on the front counter. The holes are huge and you will get a pound of garlic powder on your slice if you aren’t careful.

Stopped on our way home from the Columbus flea market. The outside appearance almost discouraged me from entering. But we're glad we did. The guy who served us (I assume the owner) was very pleasant and the pizza was very good with a good crust! We finished off a large cheese pizza with our grandkids. We'll stop by again!

We ordered the works pizza with some customizations and fries. The gentleman taking our order was kind, patient, and thorough. Pizza was sooo good. Thin crispy crust and lots of toppings. Fries were fresh. My husband ended up buying garlic knots too when he picked up bc they looked good and they were spot on. Fresh, garlicky, and moist. 15 mins from order time to pickup. This will be our new Fri night pizza joint.

We've been looking for a new local pizza place and this place did not disappoint it was delicious and the crust is what I look for in in a pizza. The Bolognese was delicious also I don't always love red sauce at pizza places but I loved at this particular location the guys who work here were extremely helpful and the service was good. We did dine in and they do provide dining as well as takeout. We will definitely be back.

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I wish I lived in the area because I only get to have it occasionally when im passing through. The owner is always there and he takes pride in making good food. Always a good atmosphere and good conversation, I love this place!
