Stayed overnight for a one day work trip. After a 51/2 hour drive the last thing I wanted to do was drive anywhere for dinner ( didn’t want food in take out containers either) sat at the bar, had a Caesar salad and pasta primavera, added salmon.
The salmon was perfectly cooked as ordered ( medium rare) and it was excellent! A bit pricey, but excellent food and service!

Great service on different nights with different servers. The wings are amazing and the Cobb salad was huge!
I’m kind of a beer snob but they had one craft beer on tap and it was a good one so I’m happy.

Our stay at Double Tree in Tipton Falls was great, staff was very pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here for any event, and about 15/20 minutes to the shore and beaches..

Excellent accommodations and first class treatment from check-in thru departure. The front desk displayed tremendous hospitality and the amenities were as promised. Rooms were spacious, beds freshly made and comfortable. When we asked for something extra, we received extra and more. A delightful experience!!

Comfy bed, fluffy pillows, friendly staff. I felt right at home! I would recommend this hotel to anyone stopping in this sweet town. Very clean. Breakfast staff was really nice which is great at 6;30 AM

We stayed at the Hilton for a funeral. From the get go it was a bad experience. We were supposed to have a handicap room for an 83 year old. To get to the room you needed to take the elevator to the second floor, walk all the way down the hallway the length of the hotel, take a different elevator back to the first floor go down the hall and around a corner. Insane for a person with walking difficulties. We had also booked the room PLUS BREAKFAST on line through Expedia for $10-$15. After talking to the server, then the front desk, then the manager, the hotel said they didn't do that anymore. I said you need to update your stuff on line then to make it accurate. The manager said they would credit our account the money and it wouldn't be an issue. They just needed to wait for the bill to be finalized. I went back to the desk after the bill was finalized spoke to the same front desk person and asked if I needed to hang out while they processed. They assured me the manager would take care of it. A week or so later we get the bill. No credit. So I call, talk to the gentleman at the front desk that checked us in and he said he checked with the manager, no problem....he'll take care of it. Two weeks later it is still not done so I call back and the woman at the desk said they needed to do "research" and that the manager would call me back. Horrible customer service for a lousy $10-$15, especially for a Hilton Gold Member. A customer shouldn't have to follow up 4 times just to get something taken care of. Ridiculous!

I called ahead of time because I read the negative reviews about the construction and I was assured it wouldn’t impact us. And it didn’t!!! Newly renovated, nice clean room (believe me I checked right in the beginning) very nice selection for breakfast and very accommodating staff. We had no issues with our stay and wound stay again.

We’ll appointed, clean room. Very comfortable bed and I like the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Really liked the updated decor. Service was friendly and welcoming. The Doubletree cookies are always a fun treat. Lots of parking. We enjoyed staying here!

We were amazed at the fresh and new bedrooms, lobby and staff here. Such a relaxing and good rest on our way to Asbury Park. Love! Even allergy free cookies for my husband. Parking lot is under some changes due to ongoing renovations but we didn't mind at all!! Thanks to Claudia and Dylan who were so comforting!!! Professionals!

Awesome play to stay, great location close to the beach. Newly renovated, rooms are awesome. Not too big or small. Great restaurants nearby and shopping mall is a stone’s throw away. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here for two nights for family events nearby. The hotel is currently undergoing improvement renovations inside on the ground floor but that did not interfere with our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, and that's all we look for while traveling. The breakfast was served in a meeting room and while it may not have been as extensive as some other Hiton properties, it included all of the basics for the 'included' breakfast. Everything was fresh and there were plenty of seats for everyone. Most importantly, the staff was extremely friendly and professional, so we were more than satisfied!!

Hotel restaurant at double tree. Breakfast buffet was ok, but $19 per person? Similar to the free/included buffet at Hampton inn or even best Western. Not worth the money. Bar has basic items, beer, wine, mediocre liquor selection, no blender.
