They had every offer of pretzel out and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Harley really went above and beyond for us and really made patronizing this place enjoyable.

Terrible customer service. The line gets really long while they have one person take order and the other 3 just stare.

Being asked to pay for this bag .75 cent. Due to a paper shortage. And the contents cost 16.91 Auntie Anne’s is already over priced. The other bag was free and has a pair of shorts that cost 8.99

I’m so upset it’s not even about race however I’m black and everyone working there is black but regardless,I ordered cinnamonBites in a cup they are super wet doesn’t even stay on the small pretzel bite secondly I politely asked for a fork they said they had non try the food court I then asked can I have a spoon please so I can use the bottom of it he the man with all the jewelryon his neck pushed a straw in my face and then said u can use this I said I’m paying for food May I please have a spoon mind you he grab our food originally with his bare hands not even a glove but the person next to him used the gloves. This is why you work at a fast food joint

Always a great trip when you go here, the best staff ever and they will make your order hot and fresh and how you like it every time.

tldr; If you're coming from Wetzel Pretzels, prepare to be sorely disappointed. Also, health code violations.First the lady forced me to install the app to make a purchase which I found a little bit odd. Afterwards I realized there was actually no need to install the app and the coupon could have been directly scanned by her from the T-Mobile app.Next she made me two pretzels without any seasoning and when I realized that after a couple of bites in each of the pretzels she actually took both of the eating pretzels back behind the counter to her cooking station sprinkled the flavoring and then brought it back out. I'm quite certain this is a health code violation. The cold pretzels by that point with the flavoring - tasted just terrible and dry.

I went to the store and I sometimes do when I shop. In the past, I had no problems.I accidentally dropped my pretzel on the ground. I went back to see if they would offer to do something. They offered no help (said there was no extras when they were literally making more). Was pretty disappointment as I would think they would be kind and I spend money and didn’t get my money’s worth.

We love Auntie Anne's pretzels and get an order every time we go to the outlets.This last time, the line was out the door, as always, but the person behind the counter was rude, and unhappy. Even my young daughters said, "that guy doesn't like his job."Hopefully, just an off day.Pretzels were yummy though!!Don't forget there is a V.I.P. coupon if you sign up on the outlet's website.

Hold your nose when you walk by ,one wiff and you'll be in a trance buying there pretzels.... Smells much better than it tastes just my opinion
