Burrito Bowl was excellent! Mall atmosphere but neat and clean.

Please check your invoice they always over charge and some time they also charge your next customers food on your bill

Do not visit this location - go to other Bubbakoo’s!!

I’m glad I’ve been to other locations, because if this was my first time going to a Bubbakoo’s, I would get the wrong impression of them. I know how good other locations are and how friendly the staff usually are. I’m never going back to this Bubbakoo’s in the outlets. Here’s why:

As soon as I was customizing my order with a female employee, a man kept interjecting very aggressively. The lady did not need assistance, so I’m not sure why he kept hovering over her and making comments. The guy kept asking me if I wanted certain things on my menu item and the lady nicely told me that those things would cost extra. I realized later that everything he mentioned and tried to push me into adding, would have been an additional charge.

When I got to the register, I told the lady that I had a coupon on the app. The guy once again aggressively intercepted and said an online coupon couldn’t be used. I told him that it says it can be redeemed for online orders or in restaurant. He then changed what he said and told me it couldn’t be used on the item I ordered. I said “okay, no worries” to the lady and mentioned to her that he was very pushy. She looked at me helplessly and told me that he is the owner. I was shocked. If he treats his customers this way, I can’t even imagine how he treats his employees.

Not only was the customer service not up to par, but the food didn’t seem very fresh. I don’t see how this location will stay in business.

Owner rude.. like he owns our money! Extra charges no reason, fortunately I ask for recipt and he didn't explained why the charges are.. worst expe

10 times better than Chipotle. This was our first time trying Bubbakoos out and it will definitely be a regular spot! Loved that I was able to order a low carb bowl. So so good. 😋😋😋

While out shopping, I stopped in Bubbakoo's for a quick bite.
Overall, the food was decent. I ordered a steak quesadilla and it was good. Nothing groundbreaking, but still enjoyable. However, the price was absolutely astronomical for what you get. Chips were not included with the meal. So I ordered a bag of chips (I really only wanted a few). I did order a side of guacamole and salsa. I understand that sometimes a higher cost reflects quality, but I didn’t feel that the food justified the price tag. Definitely not worth the hefty bill. I will not be back for a $30 Quesadilla.

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. Their customizable burritos, bowls, and tacos give you endless delicious options, and the ingredients are always top-notch. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making the experience even better. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. Whether you’re craving a hearty meal or a quick bite, Bubbakoo’s never disappoints. Highly recommend!

We had our first Bubbakoo’s last night and it was better than Chipotle. And I LOVE Chipotle. I have a new favorite though. Can’t wait for next time!

Tiny portion sizes and the food isn't that great. I give them☹️☹️ disappointed faces.

we got two entrees and an app. the chips were forgotten and there was a wait but very understandable with being grand opening around dinner time hours. birria was phenomenal IMO. Queso was very smooth with a nice spice . the pineapple salsa was very tasty. a lot of promise with this company . would def order again

Food was sitting out untouched for who knows how long. The chicken was so dry and the food didn't taste fresh. I was there at 6pm on a Saturday and there was no one on line. I should've taken that as a hint that the food wasn't good but I love bubbakoos and decided to go for it anyway. My stomach is absolutely killing me less than 24 hours after and I regret going.
