They need training in customer service. They’re nasty and short with customers. You leave annoyed and wishing you had gone to a different Cinnabon outlet.

Went to purchase a cinnamon bun. By the time I get home to get comfortable to eat. Iut was raw. I mean raw it was 8:55 at night. The outside was cooked but the inside wasn’t. so I couldn’t call.

It is very hard to walk by a cinnabon without getting a treat. So addicting. The cinnamon rolls are great and the center of the roll cups are delicious too. It will give you a sugar rush but thats all good. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the caramel pecan cinnamon bun but can’t win them all.

I'm a firm believer in if you do not like people stay out of the retail/food industry.. Of the 3 visible employees working, only 1 of them smiled even once... I still had my grandson tip $4 for a $15.83 sale but I tried taking a bite out of my pretzel nuggets & couldn't even make a dent, ROCK SOLID STALE.. I go back and I tell her and instead of a fresh batch I got the other cup which was the same exact way. So I wasted $7 because I couldn't even eat one of them.. DO BETTER!
