Very slow in bad service and food quality was also not good.  I will probably never go back.

Had made reservations for 4 on opentable and girl didn't have it. I told her and showed her but because it wasn't there we lost the points. We have been there many times before with 4 people. I got notified by Opentable that we didn't show up for our reservations the next day. I explained the situation and they said they would get back to me. I said they could check our bills. My husband and my bill was $101 and not sure of the other couple. I've never had this before, members for years at all McLoon's restaurants!

My husband and I came here on New Year’s Eve and it was extremely busy, but that did not take away from the service. The seasonal cocktail I had (some kind of pear margarita) was delicious and the food was pretty good, too. Our server, China, was so personable and attentive that I felt compelled to leave this review. I am gluten free and she made me feel very comfortable about not “getting glutened” here and double checked that the dinner special I wanted was something I was able to eat. We left talking about how much we enjoyed the service, which I feel is impressive for a very busy restaurant on a holiday

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at CJ McLoone's. The restaurant felt festive and welcoming, and the food was excellent from start to finish. Our server, EJ, truly made the night special. He was attentive, friendly, and handled the busy holiday evening with ease. His service added so much to our experience. A perfect mix of great food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We'll definitely be back.

Good menu, solid food, overall we were pretty pleased with this as a casual option. Turkey burger had a pleasant texture and was well thought out. Chicken parm was decent although I would probably go to one of the thousand Italian places nearby if that's what I was going to get. Service was good. Price was reasonable.

Ordered a salad and entree both came out at the same time. Ordered dessert and coffee. Desert came and finished and then 5 min after I finished coffee came. You would think a restaurant chain like this would know how to train people. Next time I see Tim he will hear a personal review
