This is the worse Dunkin I have ordered from. They got my order wrong. The sandwiches were thrown together and the worst, there was hair in a sandwich. Never again

This Dunkin’ is my favorite, despite the fact that it does not have a drive thru. The employees are all friendly and accommodating. Even when it gets busy, they don’t get overwhelmed. They take their time so mistakes aren’t made, and if by chance a mistake is made, they make it right without complaining. The location is small, but there is ample seating.

2/20/2020 around 4pm. Five people waiting for orders. I’m the only one waiting to place an order. Both workers appeared busy but orders still took a long time to complete. I decided to continue waiting since I didn’t know where another coffee shop was in town. After awhile another customer arrived and waited to my right, wanting to order.Then I saw that one working had extremely long hair and not wearing a hair net. The other worker approached then passed me and went to the person that just came in and took his order.So upset I just turned and left the store. Not sure if it was seeing the health violation, the excessive wait or being rudely skipped over while on line. I know one thing for sure, I’ll never go back.If that worker didn’t notice me after I waited in line for at least ten minutes, then he is in the wrong job.

Whoever the guy is that normally works the register, constantly tries to change my order and tell me what I want. Every time I go in I ask for a cappuccino I get told to get a macchiato. It’s annoying and unprofessional.
