Ordered decaf coffee at 11 am yesterday. Received a watered-down version. Tasted so bland. They don't use enough coffee grounds. Really, I don't know the cause. Unfriendly staff too. I won't stop there again.

Every single time you go through the drive thru, they ask you to pull around the back of the building so they can keep their line times down. Done playing your games, give me what I paid for at the window or I'm leaving the car in park in the middle of the drive thru lane until I get what I paid for.

I was attended by the manager Luis of the place and he gave me my first drink with a really wet straw then the manager keep asking me what I ordered he gave me 6 munchkins even tho I ordered 10 and then gave me my other stuff one by one and I order a sugar donuts but still forgot it until i reminded him

I enjoy coming to this Duncan donuts, sitting down and enjoying either my sourdough grilled cheese sandwich or a donut and large coffee.Very friendly staff at the counter and drive-up.
Parking: Shared parking lot with other stores and the drive thru lane.

the person who took my order through the drive through neglected to listen to my order and left out 1 of 2 hasbrown orders. so dissappointing since the worker was not listening to the customer. whomp
The manager, Ricky, made good on a promise to replace my gift card that the man at the pick up window, threw away by accident. It's service like this that makes people loyal. Kudos to DD for hiring wonderful reps like Ricky!!

We stopped by Dunkin' almost every morning on our trip. The service is fast and friendly and the coffee is the best. The food was great as well. We enjoyed being able to go to Dunkin' in the mornings.
