I ordered a large Carmel Craze with extra caramel, and they didn't put any caramel drizzle in (picture). My mother ordered bacon, and it came heavily burnt. My father's order was fine. They didn't seem to speak English very well (nothing against that, I understand it fully, I just wish they used Google Translate or something when struggling with it). They seemed to mess up other people's orders as well, but based on the other reviews, it's entirely possible the employees were either new or just having an off/bad day.

The young staff who work here are great. Not sure what’s up with the woman who’s been working the drive thru mic lately. She’s a rude and talks over you and doesn’t listen to what you’re saying.

I don’t usually review chains but I felt compelled with this location. The lady who does the morning drive through is incredibly nice and the bagels actually taste and feel fresh, not like they have been sitting around for a day or two.

The staff is incredible, Cheryl the baker was so special, I asked to make some special doughnuts and she not only made them she made she wrote a special note to brighten our day. Very appreciative of her kindness

Need to stop expanding and focus on better coffee and serviceAn app that really isn’t consistent is not helpful . Coffee sizes that appear to have shrunk… feels like the bean counters and not the coffee lovers are in charge.
