I get Dunkin every morning, as a truck driver I go all over the state and this was probablyMy worst experience. Placed a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes for one single iced coffee. It was not busy, I had multiple employees come up and ask what I was waiting for and instead of making it 3 of them hung out with each other for 10 minutes doing nothing else. The manager kept watching me stand there and said nothing, did nothing, just kept eyeing me as if I was doing something wrong. They then tried giving me an iced tea for “Renee”. Coffee was not good to end it off.

I was very happy to hear they had dog treat. Pup cups, we had ny furry grandson Milo with us. Staff in thw drive thru was friendly.

I usually get my coffee here and it’s not too bad. I just ordered a small iced coffee with almond milk and pumpkin swirl today and it literally tastes horrible. There’s barely any ice, the coffee is warm and tastes bitter and old. :(
